Starbucks

Have been going to this Starbucks sporadically for quite a while and have never had a complaint. The staff is very kind and always willing to spend extra time to satisfy the customer. The place is a little older than other Starbucks and could use an update but the location is charming. Drive thru is convenient but I recommend the patio or big chairs.

Still no response from Starbucks– this shows that Starbucks has zero consideration for their customers. Shame on Starbucks! I would encourage all to boycott this Starbuck’s location…

This is my favorite Starbucks of the area. I’ve even watched a movie nearby and walked to this Starbucks right afterwards. I don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot like the one down the street. The staff is always friendly and fast. It does get pretty crowded at times, but it happens.

Had a pleasant experience here at this Starbucks. I came here trying to wake myself up at the crack of dawn and the drive-​thru was a perfect fit. The clerk was wide awake, friendly, cheerful, and ready to provide me with great service. I ordered a grande iced latte with soy mild and no sweetener and fortunately, I received just that. The cup also read «have a great day!» which put a pep in my step throughout the day. Thanks for the great service/​experience Starbucks! :-)

Great staff! Makes me so happy to be around knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic baristas! Made me feel like I was at the the Starbucks that used to be down the street from me!
Additionally, the staff were EXTREMELY fast in completing orders (both food, and, drink).
I will visit again. Hell, I’ll drive the 20 minutes JUST to come to this particular location!

There is nothing like a caffine jolt to awaken your senses for the day but it can easily be stripped away when entering this location. Yes, the pumpkin spice Frappa is to die for, Starbucks is Amazing but the parking lot and the lounge/​seating area are extremlly small and overcrowed for the amount of business this location serves.
If you are a customer who has already completed college do not expect to sit in the lounge/​seating area as all the tables are filled with college kids and books.
The staff looks and acts as if someone twisted their arm and made them come into work and please do not get annoyed when they spell or get your name completely wrong, just nod and smile and wish them a better day. No, happy faces here.

Most Starbucks so similar that it really comes down to the employees. They are great. No complaints! Good location across from Sacred Heart Hospital. Surprisingly not too busy.

Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a chain like this. It’s supposed to be consistent right?! No.
This location is consistently and ridiculously slow. I was stuck in the drive thru for 27 minutes. I purposely made a note to myself to look at the time because it is always extremely long here. When I complained I was told «oh really? I don’t believe that’s true because we have cameras». I would have gone around and left but if you’ve been to this location you know once you’re in the line you’re stuck. The parking and drive thru set up is really not acceptable. Nor the rude service. If someone’s drink is taking a long time have them pull up. RUDE! I’ve waited less time for a steak at a fine dining restaurant!
Contacted corporate for them to make surprise visits and hopefully they will. From now on, I drive the extra block and go to the other location by the theaters!
Now that I’ve wasted 30 min of my life on a cup of coffee… I’ll go.

Just like every review said, just Starbucks. By now must people know if you like or hate it. The only other thing I will say is that the employees are really nice at this one. Oh yeah, maybe a negative is that the parking lot is kinda small so if there are no spot, hit the drive-​thru.

Staff here is very friendly, lots of outlets for students looking for a place to study. The crowd got a little weird around 2pm with a rush of hipsters but I guess at Starbucks the hipsters are unavoidable =/

although yes, this is my go to starbucks because of the convenience of the location (next to my school), the starbucks team here does not have that genuine «customer comes first attitude». starbucks is ALL about customer service, but this round of employees seem to hate their job. they don’t greet you, they don’t have a helpful opinion on their products, and they just don’t seem to like to serve their customers. i love that starbucks allows you to customize orders and such, but when you customize orders here, the workers act like you’re hassling them. i’ve had employees roll their eyes at me, give me the «are you serious?» look, and even the «anything else to make my job harder?» look. i always brush it off because i’m paying anyway, but it’s really not cool to be an unaccommodating starbucks barista.
i’ve been putting off writing a review for this place because i like to give second chances especially to places i love or are a frequent customer at, but this location needs a little kick. surprisingly, i have encountered more friendly staff in the wee hours of the morning at like 5:30am, and a couple of friendly ones who have apologized for inconveniences, and such, but other than that, these employees need to go over their orientation information.
yes, i will still continue to return to this location because of the convenience, but honestly, as a former starbucks employee, it is important to me that the starbucks mission is upheld.

It’s a Starbucks. A three because the drive thru is spot on. The inside, the one time I went in, needed a good cleaning. Tables were dirty, sticky, the counters looked cluttered etc… Anyone know why the sign looks decidedly different from most others?
My experience is the drive thru is your best option.

I prefer this location to the one in Gulf Breeze. very chill laid back staff, good wi-​fi spot, and oh yeahhhh good venti strawberry crème fraps. what more could you ask for?

Eh, Starbucks is Starbucks. This one is usually consistent with their quality. Always friendly. There isn’t really anything special to recommend it other than the usual for a Starbucks.

This is my go-​to Starbucks. My biggest issue is with the parking — it is scrunched, tight, and hard to get out back to the light to take a left after going through the drive thru. The employees are friendly, but I’m not sure about their consistency. I often pay with my iPhone using their app — some employees take my phone and scan it; others say they are not allowed to take it and make me scan. I don’t mind but I’m not sure why some try to take it and others will not. The coffee is good, and their Holiday drinks are the best!

Drive through, outdoor tables and quick service. I really wish they had the snack packs and not just the sweets though.

Disappointing experience… not the most welcoming of Starbucks and quarter empty cups. The economy must be hitting them hard.
