Wingstop

Omg! I am NOT a wing person but HOLY CROW, the LEMON PEPPER wings are out of control, delish. I also ordered the LA rub wings & they were solidly good but I will always order a few lemon pepper wings. They deep fry all their wings to order which is cool! They were DELICIOUS! The Cole slaw was fresh & crunchy & had just enough of the light slaw dressing.
They have sodas, & bottled beer & beer on tap.
The place was pretty clean. They need to be a bit better about busing the tables though. There was a table that had trays of stuff sitting there for an hour while I was there. And there was only one other customer the entire time I was there.
I enjoyed my dinner. I definitely recommend this place!

Terrible service… My order was two 5 piece plain chicken tender baskets & 10 piece lemon pepper wings extra well. When I get home what do I shave one 5 piece tends and 5 pieces boneless wings and some under cooked wings. I immediately call to the very unhappy lady that originally took my order and explain what it got. Instead of her owning it she basically tell me I’m lying. I told her k was on my way back for a refund… Now instead of owning the mistake and apologizing she was lie what do you want us to do!!! I said either fix my order or give me my money. She grabs the stuff and sling it I the back. One of the cooks who had maybe two teeth comes as asks her what was the problem she explain and he like why is the customer so pissed. I said because I paid $ 30 plus dollars for for chicken and I want my order right. I also want only what I paid for no less or no more… Again still no apology made. With that said Wing stop want be my Friday night meal anymore!!!

If I could give it no stars I would! How in the hell are you called wing stop but you don’t have wings!?! Oh and let’s not forget no fries either! What a joke of a restaurant! Worker in the back not wearing gloves, lady up front yelling for another to come help her, off the clock worker walks in walks goes straight to the fountain drinks gets all her friends drinks and just walks out. Oh and workers bad mouthing the boss nearly the entire time haha. What an awful experience!

My wife and I definitely like to visit this location. We probably frequent this place about 1 – 2 times a month. Especially for date night, when we have a sitter for our toddler. This way, we get to be messy with our hands, not trying to keep it clean while we clean our daughter. Hey, life with a toddler.
They are clean, most of the time. I say that because I did see one employee through the back from the counter checking his phone, in between slicing the veggies. Not cool. Although, I will give them the benefit of a doubt that this doesn’t happen often. I hope not. or else, we would start going next door with the colors, yellow and black.
The food is fresh and tasty, although they could pick up the speed a little. Now I don’t know the concept of how to cook the wings with these fryers, including their policies, but it does take a while. I like how they don’t have a lot of flavors. It’s simpler, and not difficult to choose. I like the option of having beer, though I don’t drink much. The sweet tea is perfect.
The dining room is smaller, just like their floor concept for all locations (I’ve visited a few from Florida to Dallas, to Socal) compared to their rival. It’s the «fast-​casual» experience. The restrooms are pretty clean. My only complaint on them is that there are no changing tables in the men’s. So if I were to come only with my toddler, without my wife, I don’t have that option. I’d have to ask to use the women’s (they have single stall restrooms). My last advice for the dining area: raise the volume on the TVs. Or music. It helps with privacy on your table conversations. It also livens the energy.
I do have a question that I think makes sense. I hope corporate can answer this: We love watching UFC. When it’s on, I go to the rival because they show it. Wingstop doesn’t, even if their logos are found throughout these events. It’s ironic. And funny. I’m sure they know there’s a market there. So the question is, why is that?
We will still return. Friendly service, and fresh food. Those suggestions are just for improvement. We all can anyway.

Ahhhhhhhhh. It has been 7 years since I had Wingstop and that was in Maryland. I moved to North Carolina and disappointed that they didn’t have one there. I recently moved to Pensacola and saw their sign. I crossed three lanes if traffic just to get to it. I wasnt disappointed. I got the cajun and garlic parm combo. It was just as i remember them. HEAVEN. It was right next to B-​dubs. If given the choice, I’d go to Wingstop hands down. The building was nice and clean. The cashier was very pleasant. 15 minutes for wings were well worth it. Only downfall… the parking lot is small and tight. Good luck if you have a full size truck like mine. I ended up across the street

It’s a Wingstop! It’s not that good, but not that bad. Come here for your chichken wing needs. I imagine it is not good for business being literally right next to a Buffalo Wild Wings, but hey, this Wingstop is still standing. I guess the appeal would be that it can be quicker to grab food here than BW3 if you’re in a hurry. The staff was nice when I came to pick up my order that I placed online.

The wings were terrific, but my order was a pickup and there was no ranch and my boxes weren’t labeled, so it was a bit of a guessing game to know who had what order.

I have been to a lot of wing stops (because my husband loves wing stop) and this one is disgusting. All the tables hadn’t been wiped down, there is trash on the floor, and the cashier moved so slow and when the phone rang in the middle of us ordering she held her finger up to us to answer it. I will never be back.

The food is good but everytime I do a app order they never have it ready when I get there! They never see it and I have to wait and extra 20 min. Not to mention that there was no one in the restaurant!
Has happen twice and not going to trust they will have it ready when it says.
Although I waited an extra 25 min

I ate here once, after an hour I was throwing up. I will never find a place like Flyers, in orlando, that serves the best wings ever, but this place is bottom of the barrel. BEWARE

Absolute worst experience, first the wait (23 mins on wrong order), no receipt, then our wings are traditional and not boneless, sugar on fries??? Waited 40 minutes total then asked for refund, they dont know how to refund cards. Waited another 10 minutes and just left. Avoid at all costs, maybe the ones rick ross owns are good.

Do not eat at this location. We ordered a total of 20 boneless wings. We waited over 20 minutes for our order when we watched the staff run out to stop a car from pulling away because it was taking to long. Then our food came out with bones in. As we were waiting, order after order came back with incorrect food. Then they had no idea who had paid and who had. 40 minutes later after no food we got up for a return the lady goes have a goodnight thank you! We didn’t even have our food!!! We asked for a return the manager had no idea what was going on on it was complete chaos. She had to call the owner and 10 minutes into it no resolution. WORST EXPERIENCE

I was rather disappointed by this Wing Stop location. Placed an online, future order at 5:38 pm for pickup at 6:45 pm. I figured that an hour would be plenty of time to have our order ready as we were on a deadline.
Ordered 15 boneless wings, 15 classic wings, a large fry, two gliders, a regular baked beans, and two fountain drinks. I arrived at around 6:40 pm and told them I was there for a pick up order. They advised me that my order wasn’t ready which is totally cool since it wasn’t 6:45 pm yet. So I sat down and watched ESPN for a minute.
Needless to say, 6:45 pm came and went with no food. 7:00 pm came and went. Still no food. I started to feel bad because the benches starting filling up with other waiting customers. I’m not sure if they ordered in advance or just at the counter. However, the people next to me kept getting up q 15 mins to ask about their food. I was perplexed because I have never had to wait this long for a pickup order at any Wing Stop. Even the
delivery service was waiting!
Finally, at 7:06 pm, my food was ready. The most ironic thing about this is that they advertise to use their online ordering system so you can «skip the wait».

You cannot go wrong with Wingstop! Consistent wings everytime! Crisp, hot, and great variety of flavors!

Great place to eat. Loved the garlic Parmesan wings. We are inside and loved the atmosphere.

Wing stop has excellent quality wings, both bone in and boneless, for the price! The staff there are friendlier than any other restaurant I’ve been to! Just from having MANUEL, an awesome employee, take my order; I felt as though he were my close friend. A great establishment. Clean facilities. Good wings. What more could you ask for? Definitely going back soon!

Wingstop is excellent in just about every way. The prices are the best around, the flavors are delicious, the portions are the most generous and the wait time is never long. My only negative is that this location is on the smaller end. Most Wingstops are relatively small but this is by far the smallest I have seen. Despite that, there is still plenty of room to enjoy some scrumptious wings, life changing fries and rolls. I recommend Wing stop over any other wing franchise in America. This one is no different.

This is a really good cheap place. I love the garlic Parmesan wings boneless or traditional I only go on special nights when they have deals. I also think the seasoned fries are good.

Came in after our formal banquet because we were all unsatisfied after our $ 100+ meal. The bestie and I decided to split the wings with half lemon pepper and half cajun hot. Since this visit, I’m on the quest to look for a wingstop in GA that is similar. The cajun hot wings were amazing. My bestie and I kept talking about how hard it is now a days to find good hot spicy wings now a days.
If we’re ever in Pensacola again, this will definitely be a routine stop. Hopefully, I find one similar here in the A. :]

Best wings we’ve had in town. Excellent fries and like another reviewer said freshly made sauces. I wish there were booths or that I could combine the food here with the amenities of the un-​named wing restaurant next door. Love this place and wish we’d tried it sooner.
