Most authentic bubble tea I’ve tried in Pensacola. Super excited that a place like this exists here. I’m from LA and I’m used to soft boba and this place has it. Flavor of the tea is very prominent as well, not like the powdery stuff where you can’t adjust the sugar levels. I’d recommend this place to boba lovers :)

We happened upon JC while visiting family. It’s in Cordova Mall. The place was like a library — very quiet.
Both the coconut and almond bubble tea had an after taste that reminded us of soap. We couldn’t finish them. Disappointed.
There are two other places in this Mall that sell bubble tea. We will try those before going back to JC.

The flavor of this stuff is wonderful. The service, however, leaves something to be desired. I noticed that my credit card was charged wrong. I was asked to come into the store to retrieve what they owed me in cash. I gave them another shot, but he was so busy that he made the wrong sized drink and threw extra ice in it to fill the cup.
I guess I was disappointed in the way the money was handled. There was no apology, nor did they offer to fix anything from the store.
