Ordered pizza, waited 20 minutes, went up to counter and they hadn’t even started making it. Proceeded to wait another 20 minutes or so and finally got the pizza which turned out to be paper thin and tasted frozen.

Terrible sodas were completely flat and when I went back to the counter I was told they know it’s broken and when I asked for some kind of refund they shrugged it off and said no sorry. bad customer service

It’s mall food. Who hasn’t eaten Sbarro at the mall? Plus I’ve seen staff here deal with some pretty stupid people with tact.
