The staff is amazing and the food is consistent! I have a dairy allergy and they make sure I can eat hassle free. I could eat lunch here every day!

Possibly the best salads in town! And for a franchise it feels fresh and more like a new local restaurant, than a tried and true, plug and play franchise. Try the newks Q for a better than decent white BBQ sauce.

Second time in a row they have got my to go order wrong. Plus I had to wait for my order to be ready, which was fine, but I never heard anything after that. Went to the counter and it had been sitting on the to go rack the entire time. Add soggy bread as well. Not a good experience.

I ate here based on the reviews and was not disappointed! My grandmother and I shared the chicken salad sandwich with a side of coleslaw, can’t remember the name of the pizza we had but it was served with grilled chicken, pesto, and Roma tomatoes. Too bad I live in Atlanta because I would love to eat here on a regular basis. So many choices and the salads looked amazing!

I stopped by here when I was in town the other day. I’d never heard of Newk’s before and had no idea what to expect. I was just looking for a place to grab a sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised.
The good: The way this place works is you walk into the foyer and order off the large print menu posted on the wall and pay at the register. Once you’ve payed, you’re given a number and you pick your seat (there are lots of booths and tables to choose from). You get your own drinks. There’s an island set up in the middle of the place where you can grab napkins, flatware, breadsticks, condiments, whatever. I liked the breadsticks. Pretty much the only time you deal with the staff is when you place your order and when they bring it to you. After that, you’re on your own – which is fine with me. I got the club. It was really good. The bread was great. I also got the six-​cheese mac’n’cheese, which I would also recommend.
The bad: I don’t have anything to complain about. This isn’t super fantasy or artisanal or anything, but it’s good, and the service is pretty quick.
Aperçu: Would I go here again? Yes. It’s a big space. You get plenty of privacy. Service is good, but they leave you alone. The food is good. It’s located by the mall but far enough away that it isn’t super busy. It looked like there was a separate entrance/​counter for people ordering grab-​n-​go food too if that’s your thing.

Pizza got flavor. Thin crust and let’s you enjoy all of its ingredients. Good service. I would go again.

I’ve been here a few times and have ordered salads, sandwiches, soup and pizza. I like that it’s fast, but fresh food. All my meals have been good. I normally get the half soup and salad or sandwich. The only thing that I might complain about is that for the half salads they put a lot of dressing. Other than that, it’s good food.

Excellent service, fresh food, wonderful atmosphere, and most importantly, very clean!
I ordered the tomato bisque soup. Delicious. I also had the turkey sandwich which was tasty and fresh.

Newk’s is a spacious restaurant and very clean to include the bathrooms. They have a grab and go if your in a hurry. They have a topper bar for your salad or pizza. Their salads are fresh and presented nicely. The mac and cheese is good and creamy. We ordered the spicy chicken pizza. It was defiantly spicy but other than that lacked flavor. Pizza had great presence just wished it would have wowed me with flavor. I would like to come back and try another menu item. Service is friendly.

This was my first visit to Newks Eatery and I’ll definitely be back again! Great food that is affordable. I like the concept of ordering your food before your seated too. Drinks are free for military also.(32 oz souvenir cup)

This has become a new favorite for me! I used to love Panera’s meals but now that I’ve found Newk’s I may not go back to Panera except for their bread.
The Newk’s Q is what I always get. It’s absolutely delicious. The white barbecue sauce is to die for. I always get the four cheese Mac and cheese as a side to it. It’s the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had.
I love the cups that you get when you purchase a drink. They are sturdy plastic cups so you can take them home and reuse them at home.
The atmosphere and food make Newk’s one of the best restaurants in town. I can’t wait to go back!

The salad was amazing and hubby’s sandwich was delicious. If you are flying out of Pensacola or just arriving, it’s minutes from the airport and well worth a stop– a quick in & out fast casual great food

It’s a simple restaurant with sandwiches and pizza. You walk in and order and they will bring your food to the table. This was our first time dining in at the Cordova mall location. We have previously enjoyed the salads and pizza with takeout.
We went late in Sunday and they place had done customers but it was not busy. The Mediterranean pizza was bland and the chicken was deli sliced. I expected chicken breast to be in the pizza. I do like the crust in the pizza though. DH likes the steak sandwich but it is a little sweet.
I like the sherry salad dressing. The croutons are good too.
Likely to order again but prefer takeout to the fast food like counter service feel.

Came by here for lunch today with my grandparents. When I walked in I noticed the friendly light and bright atmosphere and décor, but felt pretty rushed when ordering and the menu was placed awkwardly, probably because most people know what they want right away. I went with the half Cesar salad and Roast beef sandwich. I also tried a piece of Margarita pizza. Honestly, after how everyone talked it up I was disappointed. The roast beef was over cooked but was warm and sauced well with mayo and whole grain mustard on good and crusty bread. It came with a bowl of romaine, cheese, and croutons that was extremely overdressed. The pizza was nothing special. The saving grace was the incredibly kind and polite waitstaff, great service. All in all, it’s similar to Panera and would probably get something else if I went back.

Excellent place to eat and close to the mall. I had the Mediterranean pizza and it was delicious. They have a good variety of sandwiches, 10″ pizzas, soups and salads. My weakness is their sweet tea which is freshly brewed.

Ask & you shall receive, Newk’s now offers a vegan Red Quinoa and Kale salad. Good on them for listening to their customers.

They never fail to deliver good food. Today is Spicey Shrimp Pizza. Friendly service and quick. I try to order something different everytime we visit.

I love this restaurant! Let me start off by saying the staff and options are awesome! The place is clean and smells great! I had half of the royal, and half of the steak one my friend bought, and it was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was that I wasn’t sure what to get since it was my first time here. Price– 4/​5, Atmosphere– 5/​5, Food– ⁵⁄₅. Will recommend!
