Dee was great! Thanks for being so patient and showing us a ton of different mattresses. Some over and over! Ha. We got a great deal. And Ill be coming back to buy my mattress lift too!

Well, 2 months later, delivery attempt #4 we actually have the right mattress. Of course it doesn’t pair with the phone yet to stop my husband’s snoring as promised because Mattress Firm hires subcontractors to deliver who don’t know what they are doing. I think I’ve got to crawl under the bed to enable it to be discoverable with a switch. I would NEVER buy a mattress from here again! Go somewhere else!
