Chick-fil-A

Literally the slowest Chick-​fil-​a ever… They move at a snails pace and everyone walks around confused on Saturday mornings. Even though they have 10 people standing behind the counter no one seems to know what they should be doing. They have forgotten portions of my food multiple times and they told an elderly man it would be 10 minutes for him to get decaf coffee… Really? I even tried to call the franchise owner to voice the issues but it’s busy every time I call. I guess my thirst for the Chick-​fil-​a makes me come back for punishment…

Simply wonderful!
They do an amazing job of managing according to their core values. This is demonstrated in the smooth operation of their processes. Several times they might have difficulties with the drive through communications. At times like this, they will put personal outside to expedite your order so it’s seamless to the customer.
They do a great job hiring and training their employees. They are all bright and courteous.
I would have given them a five but the drive through and parking design is not the best. There’s nothing the current management can do to fix it but it is annoying.

The staff is nice, the place is kept pretty clean, and there is a play place for the kids. I am not crazy about their food but the overall experience is positive.

Ok service, not that great compared to the other chick fil a on nine mile. Once I found something in my gallon of sweet tea that was sitting on top of the sweet tea. It looked like a film of thick mucous. It was disgusting.

This chick fil a is a good as far the food– but the drive thru DEF needs some work! I’ve been to the one in Bham, AL– the busiest one in the country and they should take some tips from them and have someone navigating the traffic and remove those god awful barriers! This system is just asking for accidents to happen and I for one, would b the first to sue the establishment for poor planning and organization as well as neglect. I was in the DT like today for lunch and personally witnessed almost THREE accidents! I even called and spoke w a manager– who by the acted like she was not concerned– I was very disappointed. Until this issue is resolved and safer, I do not think I will b returning for a while and DEF not for drive thru.
This drive thru needs a major rethinking on how to make it safer as well as more efficient.

I love chick fil-​a but whoever designed this shopping center it’s in needs to get slapped. It’s always super busy and no where to park. Food is great, location sucks.

As always the staff at chick fil a was awesome! Quandranek was an amazing cashier to go along with the wonderful food. Normally chick fil a at the mall is a little but lower quality than a stand alone. This was it!

If I could give zero stars I would. The rudest employees ever. When I said I needed a second to decide my order they sighed and said they didn’t have all day. Then they threw the bag at me and snatched my card and gave me a dirty look. And they charged me for 3 breakfast meals. After arriving at the office I opened the bag and there were 3 sandwiches and no hash browns. So spent $ 18 when it should’ve been $ 10 because of all the mistakes. No ketchup allthough they assured it was in the bag. So dissapointed. What a waste.

A wee bit disappointed.
My friends and I wanted some milkshakes and decided to celebrate Milkshake Monday. The Chick-​fil-​a at my home participates in it and it includes an order of chicken nuggets when you buy any milkshake on a Monday.
First of all, I had no idea that this location didn’t do this, but that was my fault for not asking. But also, the server did not follow our orders correctly (which were fairly easy to follow considering it being to not put cherries on two of the three shakes — especially when they’re the ones who asked and specified), we we’re short of straws (which are kind of important to milkshakes), and the fries we received were on the stale side.
I’ve been to this location before and the service was just average and I didn’t really have much to say about this place except for stale fries I got here and there, but after tonight, I just had to say that I didn’t receive service that I would consider to be good. If anything, it was a bit below average and what I usually receive from most Chick-fil-a’s.
It may have just been an off night for some people or it may have been due to the amount of people at the restaurant. I hope they continue to up the freshness of the fries though, because I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten more stale rounds of fries than fresh at this location. Maybe it’s just my bad luck of coming at wrong times or something, idk lol.
Either way, I still love Chick-​fil-​a and will keep continuing to come, just maybe more sparingly.

On vacation and had a chance to try the chicken menu. Excellent chain restaurant! Tasty food, very clean store and a pro staff!
I love the breakfast sandwiches!

FAST and friendly.

Food is fresh, every time! Believe me I come to this restaurant at least once a week. The staff is friendly, is really kid friendly and is in a very convenient place. They do kid’s night every Thursday from 5 – 7 pm, kids meal free for every adult meal purchase, so it’s pocket friendly as well… Lol

Looooove Chick-​fil-​a, but I think their combo meals are too expensive. and uhhhhh can we get one that’s open on Sunday??? Jesus said it’s ok.

Chick-​fil-​a is an awesome fast food restaurant. They have some reasonably healthy options on the menu, but they also make great waffle fries (as you know).
This location in particular gets crazy busy around lunchtime… so much so that they even have to put employees outside in their parking lot to direct traffic. So my tip would be go early or late to avoid the rush at this location.
They also have a play center for kids, so it’s great for moms looking for an afternoon snack. Stop supporting happy meals! Come on!!!
