I love this place! The wraps are amazing, fresh ingredients and really delicious flavors! Also, the people that work here so nice!

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad, a #72 and a cup of soup. Salad is decent, although the avocado could have been much fresher (very soft, lots of brown spots). The wrap was ice cold. Staff could be a bit more professional as well, but were polite. I’d eat here again, but with reservation.

Received fast, friendly, knowledgable, service from the nice young lady at the front counter today.
Lots of tasty options to choose from, at reasonable prices. One of my favorites is the Cashew Chicken Wrap.

Wonderful. I could eat here every day! The hot, pressed sandwiches are so good. Like them on Facebook and they’ll give you a cookie! All around, great experience!

Wonderful feeling when you eat here and you feel so good afterwards. To much generic and this place gives amazing flavor and great choices

I had my football party catered by Roly Poly and did a large mix of wraps for it. It was a perfect food for a healthy, filling meal and were eaten even before our wings. I heavily endorse this location and felt we received a high quality plate for a great price

I first discovered Roly Poly about 8 years ago while living in Lubbock, TX… to my disappointment, that location eventually closed, and I was excited to hit up Roly Poly when I moved to Pensacola… however, that excitement diminished once I visited this location. I have been to this location twice and have ordered the same meal each time (12″ Santa Fe Chicken)… this is a grilled wrap, so you would expect it to be warm. However, both times that I have been to this location, the ingredients are all cold, despite the fact that they obviously grilled the wrap. The chicken and cheese have both been cold, and the cheese is unmelted. That is definitely not what one would expect from a grilled wrap. Although I work in the area, and this is a convenient place to hit up for lunch, I am unlikely to return.

I got the Rolly pounder. It’s a smoked turkey breast and black Forrest ham on a wrap. Freshly made and very delicious.

After eating here SEVERAL times… I’m finally never going back. I love wraps, but this place is awful. The food is Not fresh. You never get what you actually ordered. And it takes FOREVER!!! Don’t go, just don’t. Chikfila makes an excellent chicken salad wrap next door.

The food is awesome but the customer service isnt. Every time I come there is a female with blonde hair working and she has the worst attitude ever. Every time. It never fails.

The food is average at best. My office orders from the bayou location and what really gets my blood boiling is the delivery (non)service. They leave items out routinely. If you call they *oh so graciously* offer you the opportunity to come pick it up yourself. Today they lost our entire order. Never showed even though we had the confirmation screen pulled up! When we called to ask if there was an issue, the girl on the phone said, she only has a fax machine and can’t confirm if the order ever went through. An office full of Hangry women is no fun, trust me. They should have visibility of the orders. They should offer to make it right when they make mistakes. They should not make SOOO many mistakes so frequently. I will not return or order from Roly Poly again. Terrible.

I’m a huge fan of the Roly Poly franchise. However, this location was far from the best experience I’ve had. The girl at the register whispered so ordering in a loud atmosphere during the lunch rush was aggravating at best. The kitchen did manage to make my sandwich correctly however, the entire sandwich was cold. The veggies were still frozen and nothing tasted right. The sandwich was supposed to be heated but apparently saw the grill and then was taken off. I’ll be eating at Roly Poly again, but not this location.

This place is very good, every person I have sent here, still keep going, very fresh, healthy choices, good service!

Convenient, clean, and healthy! In addition, they are quick to get your food out. I have to admit, with so many choices I had a hard time deciding what to order! I’ll be back!

Wow, what a sandwich! I, along with some of my co-​workers stopped in for our lunch break, and to be honest, I didn’t really know how to order. And to add to that, I have never had a wrapped sandwich before, except gyros (which I did not really like). I ended up ordering a Pesto Chicken Wrap, which I do not regret it all. The pesto and chicken paired perfectly together, and the cup of tomato bisque made for a hearty lunch. I have to agree with Steve H. about the parking lot– it is so tiny and I almost left when I saw it was completely full. However, I will be sure to return for a delicious «sandwich» the next time I am in the area.

Update… so I tried a second time around because the food was good and the service was poor. I can definitely say that the second time that I came to the store, I got eye contact and a smile and was asked how can I help you. Call me old fashioned but I want my cashier to still ask me that everywhere I go. I dont know if this was the same person that I meet before or maybe management had a well needed conversation about real customer service. I recommended the key west cuban hot pressed sandwich. .yum

I paid for a whole wrap togo and found out when I opened the bag at work that I had been given a half. Check your togo orders!

Great place for good healthy living. The wraps are a home run and my wife is addicted to them

I ate here with my friend while visiting my fiancé at NAS Pensacola. I had never heard of Roly Poly before but was curious so my friend took me there. She had been many times but it was a first for me. Well… I LOVED it! The food was great and so was the price. Food came out fast and they were very cautionary for me due to severe cashew allergies. The place is small so if you are there at a peak time you will need to grab it to-​go.
I got 2 half wraps, one hot and one cold so I could try more than one. These are the two I purchased:
#52 Hickory Chicken Wrap with Sliced Chicken Breast, Melted Cheddar Cheese, Onions, Mushrooms, Bacon, BarBQ Sauce, Grilled Golden Brown with a Side of Ranch Dressing.
#27 Chicken Caesar Wrap with Sliced Chicken Breast, Swiss Cheese, Sundried Tomatoes, Avocado, Lettuce, Creamy Caesar Dressing
They were both amazing. The chicken was tender and delicious, the mushrooms were perfect, the flavors were amazing. I wish I had more time there so I could have tried more. But I found out I have one back home about 30 mins from my work. I will DEFINITELY be going there and also re-​visiting the location in Pensacola when I go back.
It was a great place, unique idea. I love having a place to eat that is both deliciously satisfying and healthy without a large price tag. You only pay $ 3.95 for a half wrap (about 6 in) which is more than enough and $ 6.50 for a whole wrap.
If you haven’t tried it, go. It is great!

Pretty neat concept, and unique for the area. Of course you can get rolled up sandwiches at many restaurants, but this place serves nothing but rolled up sandwiches… and soup.
I had the Black & Bleu cold rolled wrap. Pretty delicious and I couldn’t finish it all. Word of warning: the spicy basil mayo has Thai chilli paste in it, which I didn’t know when I ordered «heavy mayo.» My mouth was burning – which was fine, since I love spicy hot food – but some people wouldn’t enjoy the level of hotness.
The parking lot is dinky and is difficult to maneuver, so take your time and don’t play bumper cars.
I will certainly revisit this place and try a hot wrap. Nice staff!
