We ordered some miso soup, crab rangoon, a Bonsai roll, and a flyers roll. All of the food was delicious and we always love eating here.
The reason I only give four starts is because of the waitress. She did not pay very much attention to us, and never refilled our drinks. The restaurant was not very busy, only three or four more tables, and she was not the only waitress. Kind of disappointed, but really the food makes up for it.

Pretty good Asian cuisine but I have to admit the sushi just didn’t do it for me. I went with a few friends and service was kind and speedy while the décor and environment was very pleasant. However, the sushi just wasn’t as good as I am used to. The soups and ramen were very delicious. If it didn’t market itself as a sushi place I’d have given a four.

Went to Shark Fin during the week and sat at the sushi bar. Just stopped in for a quick bite and loved it. It’s a Chinese-​inspired restaurant, but I just came for the sushi. Same owner as Ichiban down the street. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside was really nice.
I ordered a Fliers roll, maguro nigiri, and sake nigiri. Turned out to be the best sushi I’ve had in Pensacola, especially the nigiri. Will definitely be back.

We visited last night and have mixed feelings about the place. The employees and manager were very friendly. The drinks were good. The food was good, but not great. (We’ve had chinese food at other restaurants that was much better). And, the food prices are crazy high for the portion size that they give you! You pay alot of money for a small amount of food. We won’t be in any hurry to go back to this place. We are going to look for other places in the area to try.

Visited shark fin last night… and had a mixed experience. The ambience was lovely and the service was good… The food came pretty quickly and looked lovely.
I got hot and sour soup, which was pretty good. Lots of green onion, which for me, was pretty overpowering. But otherwise, it was delicious. I also had the sizzling noodles, which were indeed brought to the table sizzling. They tasted good, but we’re not overly flavorful. There was lots of chicken, and mushrooms, which were really delicious. And it was a huge portion.
My boyfriend had a chicken dish – the honey chicken maybe. It was crispy fried but the sauce didn’t taste completely delicious. Wasn’t bad, but just sort of bland. Ditto the fried rice. The curse of the mediocrity of most restaurant fried rice and I know I could make better at home.
Dunno about other dishes… the sushi our friend got looked pretty and like it would have tasted fabulous. So a decent experience, overall.

Excellent sushi, but service is less desirable. They have a happy hour that includes stale wine and half price apps. The ad is actually on a page with apps, but not the ones included in special. We ordered an app and later ordered a wine and could not get app half price Bc we didn’t order at the same time. Servers are in a hurry. There always seems to be a drama and thus crappy service. When sitting at the sushi bar it feels like you are part of the service staff. Not coming back. Manager needs to stop stressing everyone out.

The food was very good! The bar service was pretty slow. They were decently busy but not slammed. Server was nice but slow service because of bar and only one sushi chef. I would go back.

Seriously love this place. It is my husband and my third visit. It’s always fresh. Always delicious. Best ginger dressing I have ever had. Cyle waits on us and is very knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend! A+++

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Excellent food. Excellent service. The owner took the time to chat with us. I recommend the super rainbow roll! Everything is fresh and homemade. So yummy! Best sushi in Pensacola.

Went for lunch. Nice upscale place. Great décor and ambience. Would be a nice place for romantic date. They have outside seating too. They have a bar. They have nice red colored couches, I love the pop of color incorporated. I got the honey chicken, with fried rice, came with egg roll and cheese puff. Food was ready to go in less than 10 mins. Meal was $ 9 plus tax. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. The honey chicken wasn’t overly sweet it was just right. The fried rice was a large portion it has corn, peas, and carrots in it. The egg roll was served with dipping sauce, tasted like sweet n sour. The egg roll was slightly salty but not overly. I would love to dine in one day. Will definitely return.

Lunch special, pepper steak. I got soup so there is no rice come with it… It feels really wired just eat pepper, a lot of it… And pepper was too raw for me…

Service was so poor that we will never be back. We inquired if a few dishes were vegetarian (trying to avoid oyster sauce) and were told to just order the vegetable option. When I asked about the sauce specifically, we were told to just order off of the «small vegetable plates» portion of the menu. Ended up leaving without ordering. Will not be returning.

Upper scale oriental. Take the best of a cheap Chinese buffet, plus a good sampling of Korean, and throw in a hefty selection of decent sushi, and you’ve got Shark Fin. The interior is very nice, with a great atmosphere and ambiance. Had the smoked salmon avocado roll. Yum!

This place is good every time I go. Their hot and sour soup is absolutely amazing. It is spicy and has so much flavor. The sushi is also very good. It is beautifully presented and always tastes great.

My boyfriend and I eat here all the time, we normally get great service and great food. I love the shrimp tempura fashion roll, so good! The reason for 4 stars instead of five is I think they should have more sushi rolls to offer but other than that what they have is great. Also the egg White House soup is to die for!!!

This is my favorite restaurant! I have yet to have a sushi roll I didn’t love. The staff is always friendly and inviting. I recommend the house soup, the takoyaki and the Pensacola paradise roll. When in doubt, ask the staff their recomendations. I tried the emperors soup bowl once and split it with my boyfriend on a cold day. Perfect! I love sitting outside because I usually work indoors all day. If it’s raining they have porch covers, if it’s cold they have heaters and flame lamps. There is a beautiful view of the moon and on friday nights around 9 when Sam’s fun city shuts down you can see the fireworks! Perfect date night. If outside isn’t your thing, the inside is very modern asian chic. Even the restrooms are beautiful.

This restaurant totally threw me for a loop. It looks great inside and has excellent décor. But the food was awful!
My chicken dish had 3 pieces of chicken in it. It was a huge plate of peppers, onions and 3 slivers of chicken. My mom’s meal was cold and the sauce had congealed.
The egg drop soup was fine.
No thanks to the hot towels too after watching a few employees sitting around a table right next to us rolling them up and placing them on the table.
I really was bummed that the food quality didn’t match the restaurants look. I won’t be back.
