I can understand if you don’t get the whole«American hospitality» thing because you may be new to it. This place is severely lacking service and manners if they want repeat customers. My nails look okay, and it was literally the FASTEST and roughest manicure I’ve ever had. Long story short, very bossy, very quick and not enough attention to detail. I’m not really picky about who or where I get my nails done normally… but this place needs some work unfortunately.

This place is just another typical Asian«run of the mill» nail salon. All they care about is taking your money and doing a half ass job«in and out.» I am currently in need for a new nail tech. My previous one moved! He was the best! So I went to this nail salon because it’s close to my job. I went in for a gel manicure and they set me up with a woman who did my nails in about 15minutes which is good for the salon because they like to rush so they can make more money seeing other customers, but for the clients we get short changed. She got very offended when I asked her why they don’t soak the nails in a bowl of water to soften the cuticles, very defensively she said«it’s because the cuticle softener and the heat mitts are more effective. Which her theory makes sense but that«only» applies if you allow at least 5minutes for the hands to soak and soften, which she only left on for about 30 seconds on each hand. Horrible! She did a lousy job trimming my cuticles and when she applied the gel coat she neglected to polish the corners of the nails. When I told her my concern, she very abruptly groaned out«I know I’ll fix it later» which when she did she made the corners way too thick and uneven. If she hadn’t been rushing, it would have been done properly the first time. Good gel sets should take a good 30−45minutes of service not 15 minutes. I don’t recommend this place to any one who’s new. If you don’t know a good nail tech off hand and you’re looking to try some place new like I did, this definitely is not the place!

No. Just no. There was only one technician working on the day that day(a Saturday) so the wait was long and it was impossible to have the girl-friend pedi experience. On the semi-plus side, they do serve wine. I didn’t have any which could account for my grumpy review. Prices are so-so. My sister and I chose not to wait and left. Seriously though. a pedicure isn’t supposed to be like an «assembly line.» So if you want to relax and enjoy the process. maybe skip this one.

Just tried this place for the first time and it was great. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. I had a very short wait time and my pedicure started as soon as I was seated. I was offered wine or water for a beverage. My pedicure felt great and my toes look cute! Kim was the lady who did my toes and eyebrows and she paid great attention to detail while doing both! I will definitely be coming back here.

Horrible service. I gave this place a chance, bad mistake on my part and my wallet. Maybe they do have ok service but I didn’t receive that. The place looks amazing on the inside, really love the décor but that was all I liked. They offered wine ans water. I was greeted immediately. Then shone the services. First thing that jumped out was the prices. Manicure starting at $ 27 going up to $ 60. They offered kid services even had a hello kitty booth chair for them to use. They did facials, waxing, mani, pedi, the basic. So I picked my package and then was escorted to the polish section. POORPOOR selections, no variety at all. Some of the bottles were almost empty. But still I stayed(idk why). After choosing my colors, I was rushed to my chair. She attempted to stick my foot in that scalding water but we had to adjust the temp before I would put my foot in. The way they rushed to file your nails is horrible. I had to point out twice the places she missed. Toenail polish went well. Except the stone placement looked nothing like the reference pic I showed her. The manicure sucked. I wanted gel polish, I opted for sparkly blue. She rushed doing that too, wanted to rush the use of my curing and everything. When she finished sides of my nail were missing polish, so I had her redo those. She seemed to have an attitude that I wouldn’t just accept the job she had done. My nails feel so jagged, I can’t literally scratch myself, nails are supposed to feel smooth and uniform after services, she didn’t buff them at all. I was fed up at that point and ready to go. Go to check out and another surprise, surcharges, my gel mani increased by $ 5 because I picked a color with sparkles. My pedi increased by $ 10 because I had stones places. I knew it would be a fee but it would of been nice to have been forewarned how much. I didn’t get the $ 2 off for the combo that was stated on the menu. When I showed her that she still didn’t apply it. I asked for military disount, they didnt do that either. In the end I shelled out $ 82 and left unsatisfied.

They are excellent for eyebrow waxes but they are terrible at nails. I have been to many nail salons in my lifetime and this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. You are better off going downtown near the mall. It took 2 hours for them to do a french tip gel manicure. After the two hours, it still wasn’t correct. I was told to come back Monday(this was Saturday) and they would fix it for free. I came back Monday and no one knew I was coming and they seemed annoyed I expected them to fix it for free. I will say every time I have had my eyebrows waxed I have had a good experience.

This place was horrible, the color selection was so limited. My daughter was finally able to find a color that would go with her outfit for a wedding she was attending. The man doing her nails did not speak English or offer her a beverage. Once she was out to the car and on the way home she realized that her toes and fingernails where two different colors. Not to mention he still left old nail polish on her toes in certain areas. She went to another salon to have them redone.

The place was clean, the massage chairs were nice, the staff was nice, and the pedicure was good. However, the person that did my pedicure was rather ruthless to my nails with a file. He made my toes bleed, I kept saying it was hurting and pulling away but every time I put my foot back he went at it again. The nails are so short it hurts when I walk on two toes and he filed off some skin.

Maybe 1.5 stars… 1. Nail polish selection is junky 2. Not sure on their sanitizing practices as both times I’ve come the tools were not from an autoclave pouch just their personal«bin» 3. One male in particular is EXTREMELYROUGH with all aspects of the pedicure 4. I swear my heels were more rough post pedicure! 5. Not worth the extra charge for nail«designs» 6. The water was too hot to the point I had to jump out of the pedicure bin 3 times and I like HOT water!!! Only star is for location it’s convenient and salon is nice inside other than that I’d go elsewhere!!!

The first place I tried after moving here from the Pacific Northwest. Was pleasantly surprised! It’s small, friendly staff — very accommodating. They offer beverages upon being seated, and don’t seem to skimp on the good parts(scrub & massage)! Plenty of colors to choose from. The best part? Though they have two TV’s and plenty of magazines to keep you occupied — it’s quiet! Worth a try!

So for the atmosphere I give the site a 5 but as far as the nails go, that varies. Sometimes it’s a 5 and sometimes it’s a 3 it just depends on which tech you get. I will say they are the ONLY salon in Pensacola that I have seen that uses liners for the Pedicure Spas which says a lot of good things about their sanitation techniques.

Place seems nice at first but staff is unfriendly and their work is mediocre. Every time I go there it’s always been out of convenience and I always end up disappointed. Save yourself the heartache and drive to the other side of town, it’ll be worth it!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve actually been coming here for over 3 to 4 years now [before their beautiful remodel]. I normally get my eye brows waxed or a basic pedi. I’ve never had any problems here at all and they have always treated me well and with kindness. Honestly, my wax is always on point and my pedi is aways sweet and soothing. I am actually looking forward to taking my mom here for someone quality time and a nice foot rub [she deserves it] in a few weeks. Hope to see you there. Ciao!

This is one of the most professional and beautiful nail salons I’ve ever been too. The service is outstanding and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit more pricey that your average nail salon experience but worth any penny. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place.

The atmosphere and complimentary drink were nice, but after $ 84 for a shellac mani and a normal pedi with tip, I was underwhelmed. What’s more, my mani started chipping within 5 days. Isn’t that why you pay more for shellac? So I called the salon to ask if they would fix it(their sign said it would last for 2 weeks). The receptionist told me she wouldn’t guarantee it but I could come in and see if one of the nail technicians would do it. I feel like it’s a waste of my time to even try to go in for another mani that will only last five days and possibly have to pay for it again. Not satisfied at all.

This salon had a nice building(for the Pensacola area) and that is where the good things I have to say end. I had a plain, no frills manicure and pedicure. $ 40. It wasn’t even a good manicure and pedicure, my feet are softer when I do an at home pedicure. The high price is clearly to pay for the building and décor, and I am more the type to pay for quality. I’m sure locals and the dependapotamous are impressed but I most defintely am not.

I went here to get my nails done for prom. I also got my bf to get a manicure, which was fun. This was definitely the nicest nail salon I’ve seen in town. The bar looked very nice, if only I could drink. But they also offered soda, and I enjoyed that. The massage chairs were relaxing. The guys here definitely know how to give a foot and arm massage. My nails ended up looking ok, not anything spectacular. They actually started peeling after a week. The nail paint job was all right. I’d probably come back sometime, and ask for a different person.

The salon was very neat and clean. It is a fairly large facility, so there is a lot of space… not much wait time.
