Target Stores

When I travel, I always like being able to go to a place that I’m familiar with to pick up anything I may not have brought along with me. Target’s that go-​to place for me. They pretty much have everything — toiletries, food, clothing and so forth.
We arrived Friday morning after 9:00 and it was very quiet. The employees were friendly and we were asked by two while we were shopping to see if we needed any help finding anything. I always get a bit turned around when I’m at a different Target since I’m so used to my home Target. But, this one was very similar, which I appreciated.
We picked up our necessary essentials along with some other items (mostly snacks and beverages to keep ourselves nourished and hydrated). Hydration is key being in such a *hot* place!
Also, for those out of town folks, they carry the big bags of the Zapps chips. I’ve only ever seen the little bags at a local sandwich shop called Potbelly back home. I heard great things about the Voodoo one so I knew I had to try it. I’m a big fan of dill so I bought that as well. Bags cost $ 1.99 which is a great price.
At first, we couldn’t find an open register to pay. I believe they have two lines for it. We found someone after a brief search. The woman who helped us was super friendly (as I’ve found most people we’ve interacted with in this area) and rang us up quickly. Our bill came out to $ 27.00 even. Rarely ever do I get out of Target with a bill that low! And, it’s never even!
Overall, had a pleasant shopping experience here, and I’d definitely stop by again to pick up anything else we may need during the course of our stay here.

My goodness! What a fantastic staff! The staff here make me feel at home and, they are all for you getting the best deal. No muss no fuss! James in particular deserves a special shout out for being a customer oriented employee! He pointed out Cartwheel to us and helped us find other deals within the store. The manager Paul seemed like a manger who understands that being friendly to patrons and his workers makes for the best shopping experience. And it is apparent in his team’s work and attitude!
Sooooo coming back!

If you’re from the middle of nowhere I’m sure you’ll think this is a great Target. I guess I’m a brat as I am used to Super Target that carries more selection in EVERYTHING. All this Target does is make me miss civilization. Sign =/
