Tom Thumb is yet another gas station that does not have a «footprint» in the New Orleans area. Therefore, it was the perfect opportunity for the chance to Unilocal about something new; or at least new to me. I was immediately intrigued by the Kroger pharmacy sign on the façade, and have to admit that I have NEVER seen a full time pharmacy operating inside of a gas station. But I guess the Florida panhandle is on the«cutting edge» because low and behold, here’s the proof. The business seems fairly new as everything was in excellent working order, and with that, I mean the gas pumps; as they looked very new. The exterior lot was very clean and I did not see any overflowing trash cans or litter.(New Orleans gas stations should take notice) The inside of the store was clean and there is even a small counter with seating to enjoy a snack while you watch 2 «big» screen TV’s. Kudos to the very clean restrooms.(My apologies to NOLA Unilocaler Michelle B. for not snapping a pic). This is your typical gas station /convenience store, but I give them a 4th star for extreme cleanliness and the cool Kroger pharmacy inside.

In CA you can’t get 93 octane or mountain dew code red, here you can. Oh schnap!
