My mom and I ate here for lunch today. We each ordered two different sandwiches and shared them. We chose the Tuscan chicken and the southwest wrap. They were both delicious! We both agree the Tuscan chicken was our favorite because of the caramelized onions. We also received one deli side with each sandwich. We picked the potato salad and the pasta salad. The potato salad was good. It had cheese and bacon in it and the potatoes were not over cooked. The pasta salad however was bland. It had fresh vegetables in it and it was tossed with olive oil. We both were disappointed with the pasta salad. We both plan on going back to try more delicious sandwiches.

I go to this restaurant frequently because it is close to work. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. I almost always get the lunch special for the variety. Sandwiches, wraps, soups & desserts are excellent. The breakfast burrito is the best.

401 has recently changed their menu. They should have left well enough alone. The prices have went up, but quality has not. I had a Mediterranean wrap today. I had to choke it down. It had NO flavor. When I hear Mediterranean, I think of Greek. Maybe some Kalamata olives would have helped the flavor. Instead it had black olives. No sauce, nothing.

I think I’m going to have to agree with Meredith E. Convenience wins. I usually get the chicken salad sandwich and it is pretty good. I give it two stars because the staff always seems annoyed to be helping the customers. I’d say breakfast is the best bargain here. It’s pretty inexpensive and basic. I got a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin and it was pretty good. Also, I got an espresso based beverage and it tasted like coffee grounds. If you want a really good coffee drink, I would go elsewhere. Like 30⁄30.

I go to this café frequently because it’s next to my work. The sandwiches and soups are decent but a little over priced. The employees never seem to know what they are doing. I’ve ordered the same thing 3 times and the total has been different each time. Service takes a while as well. The other day I got the alfredo ravioli special with carrots. It was the oddest arrangement. The baby carrots were steamed and thrown on the side of the ravioli. They totally did not blend well together at all. The flavored coffee never seems to taste like the flavor on the special’s board. In the end, convenience wins. I will keep going back to the café hoping the service and food gets better.

Love their chicken salad sandwich! The salad is slightly sweet, with almonds, grapes, dill and so much more along with white meat chicken. I get it on their super soft wheat bread. They also have what seems to be home made soups like the garlic tomato, and baked goods. There are parking meters right out front, or you can park in the public lot just past the railroad tracks.
