Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Fridge is turbo charged. And, the rack rate for the night was $ 69. Its a good value. Low Points: Dated property, not much in the way of walk-to restaurant/bar choices(the burger bar across the way is closed Mon-Tues), lame ass shower pressure with small stream, breakfast selection was weak. It beats a Super 8, Motel 6 or Red Roof for the rate. That said, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

For the price and location, this hotel can’t be beat. My extended family and I have stayed here many times when visiting my grandma. Everyone working here has always been kind and considerate, loaning us tape and whatever else we needed. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. And if you require more you can walk across the parking lot to Perkins. There is a small but decent workout room with one treadmill, one elliptical and some weights. Now that my grandma has finally died at 105, I most likely won’t be coming out this way again. But I am so appreciative of all the care given especially to my mom and my uncle by the wonderful staff here.

First the pictures online looks far more outdated than the hotel is. I got a great price online and tried it. This is better than a lot of the MUCH more expensive hotels in the area. The staff couldn’t be any friendlier or more helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was pretty good for a free one. They offered infused water and coffee all day to guests in lobby. The housekeepers are SO nice. My boyfriend lost his phone and they went out of their way to keep looking for it until it was found. The rooms are large, updated, EXTREMELY clean, flat screen tvs unlike shown in the photos online and the beds and bedding appeared newer and were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for a hotel in Peoria… a few hotels could even learn something from how this hotel is ran.

This hotel was fine. We were in Peoria for a family weekend and wanted a cheap hotel with an indoor pool, so we choose this place. The pool has apparently been closed for maintenance for a while now, which we discovered when we arrived. This put a damper on our weekend, but we still had fun anyway. This is a standard no frills motel. They had free parking, free wifi, decent free continental breakfast, and comfortable clean rooms. The rooms were fine. The bed was very comfortable, in fact it was surprisingly nice. I really liked the sheets and towels, and was impressed by them. I liked the layout of the king room, it had a bed and sofa with coffee table in front of it. The tv didn’t have a guide, or any movies for purchase. The lack of movies and lack of pool really meant that we had to work to entertain ourselves while in the room. I was annoyed that when we complained about the pool not working, the staff just said«I’m sorry». We would have chosen another hotel if we had known there was no pool. It irritated me that they did nothing to provide an amenity that they advertised and that we specifically looked for. They said that if you call the reservation line, they may not know if the pool or any other amenity for this specific location is not in operation and that is why they did not mention it when we made the reservation. I feel like this turned a lack of communication/repairs on their part into a problem on my part, and I didn’t appreciate that. In the end this is not a bad hotel, but I would probably choose a different one if I were in the area again.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay in Peoria. Luxurious it isn’t, but definitely will suffice for a one or two night stay. It has everything you need — a good sized, clean room. A little — and I mean little — indoor pool, if you are into that. Free breakfast with a nice selection of food(cereal, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffle station, pastries, toast/bagels, etc). We had a huge bathroom, a pullout sofabed, free wi-fi with no code needed, good selection of cable channels, including children’s channels, nice size refrigerator and microwave and several outlets for all your electronics. Again, this is not the place for you if you are picky and want some huge two room suite with room service, robes, spas, etc. But this will definitely suffice if you need a decent place to stay for a few nights while in Peoria.

Comfort Suites is fine if you’re just passing through and need to stay somewhere a night or two. The rooms are clean and adequate size. I do not recommend it if you have an extended stay. My fridge keeps freezing my food. Everything is plastic cups and styrofoam. Breakfast is limited. The coffee, even the bold, is weak.
