Worst coffee joint in town. Most the staff can’t speak English, which don’t usually bother me. I’ve traveled to other countries and I know what it’s like. So I’m patient but here they are rude and act like your the problem. Last time I was there when the lady couldn’t understand what seasonal drink meant… she went and got a young American girl. Here is where it really pissed me off… she walked up, obviously having heard the whole thing and said «pumpkin» and walked off. I want to break this phone just thinking about this shit show.

The donuts, particularly the sour cream donuts, taste like old oil and they were purchased early on a Sunday morning so i feel there are no excuses. The glazed donuts felt heavy and tasted stale. The failing test were the kids refused to finish their chocolate covered donuts and opted for pop tarts instaed. What a shame. We miss all that is great about dunkin donuts being from Los Angeles CA and this particular store in Peoria IL, lacks those attributes. Stick with Walmart and their baked goods becuase by far they surpass this DD location.

GREAT service! Were very accommodating with my toddler, took initiative to close the sun shades to shade our table. We didn’t see anyone idly waiting for customers. One gentleman, Clarence, took out the trash, wiped all of the tables, inside and out, then proceeded to sweep debris outside in the parking lot. His cheerful demeanor was so pleasant-he is a gem! The staff at this location were absolutely phenomenal.

What can i say? Love coffee, the staff is very nice and so is the owner! Ive been going to this spot for months. The staff knows me very well, that as soon as i walk in they know what i order! Now thats service! prices are reasonable and they have good food and ice cream baskin robbins in the same location. Definetly a customer for life, unless i move out of the city…
