Updated review: a few months later my phone screen is completely coming off. They obviously use cheap glue. Wasn’t going to take it in there to pay them to fix it again. I already paid $ 179 the first time. What a waste. I’m selling mine on eBay since I bought another one. You’re better off to just buy a new phone, not having them fix it because it doesn’t hold up. My phone hasn’t been dropped since I took it in the first time; so the screen is obviously separating due to their cheap glue.

If someone comes in at 10:45am, and you close at 1:00, don’t tell them you’ll get their phone done by 12:45pm. Showed up at 12:45pm to pick it up, and found out they hadn’t even started on my phone. Will not be coming back. This is a horrible business practice and some type of discount or refund should be given.

I took my iPhone to FixMyGadget a while back when I cracked the screen. I had shopped around for a replacement shop and was fortunate to find this store.
I dropped it off on my lunch break one day. They fixed my phone within a couple hours, and I picked it up on my way home from work. Everything worked perfectly and you couldn’t even tell it was a replacement screen. I’ll definitely go back if something happens to my phone or iPad!

Fast and friendly. A local business. Fix my Apple phone quickly. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

LIARS; don’t get cheated.
I did my research. Spent only 10 minutes calling and looking up online 4 places that can fix my broken, shattered iPhone 6 screen. I was ready to go to fix my gadget because it was the closest. On the phone they quoted me $ 149.99. When I got there and the girl saw my shattered screen, she immediately upped the price to $ 189.99.
I walked out and went a little further to THE DIGITAL STORE. They fixed it for what they quoted me on the phone $ 149.99. That was two days ago. My phone is working perfectly.
Sorry but I am a SMART consumer. You can’t cheat me out of even a penny sweetheart.

This place is a joke. I went in to get an estimate for a glass replacement on my Note 2 (already an ancient phone but I’m waiting for the GN5) and they said it’d be over $ 220! I asked for a reason, saying that the glass is less than $ 5 shipped on Amazon, and they explained that most will break the screen when replacing the glass. I said «So you assume you’re going to break the screen when doing a simple glass replacement?» to which they had no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. I walked out of this clown shop, an EMPTY shop at that. Never setting foot in this place again.

I had water damage to my iPhone, and they fixed it at $ 200 even though the cost should have been a little over. Their policy is that iPhone damage cost cannot exceed $ 200, so that was nice.
However, after they fixed my screen, I dropped my phone and the home button stopped working. I was within warranty, but they still made me pay a $ 75 charge for the parts. I have dropped many of my iphones in my day, and I never had issues until my screen was replaced by Fix You’re Gadget. Not even a month after I got my screen fixed, my phone slipped and fell on a tile floor. The screen cracked and I could hardly use it. I called them and they said it is a $ 150 charge to fix.
I feel like the service and the effectiveness of the shop is nice, but the quality of their products is terrible. I will not be taking my business here any longer and I will not be recommending them to others either.

Excellent service, very quick. Got my iPhone fixed same day within 15 minutes! Would highly recommend to anyone. Prices are competitive as well.

They fixed a cracked screen, water damage, and charger port in a reasonable time and a fair cost. However, the screen shattered again two weeks later, in my back pocket. I was sitting on it but that wasn’t out of the ordinary in the last two years I had the phone. I called and they don’t offer a warranty on this type of breakage because it’s assumed to be my fault. It makes me feel like this was a cheaper glass or something because it shattered without a fall or drop. I would be willing to pay for labor but something seems off with the quality of glass used.

They did a fine job in a timely manner. I was put off by the fact that they advertise a discount on your repair but then when I go to fulfill it, they will not honor it because they can’t hold up their end of it. If you can’t honor a discount, do not advertise it in your store.
