So, Nexus 7 was not charging correctly. Brought here, super friendly and worked to find the part to fix this «old» piece of hardware. They do phenomenal communication via text and email, pretty amazing along the way of getting the repair done. Done waaaay ahead of estimate for repair. Super Dee duper work. Like to fix stuff instead of just throwing it out, this place makes it easier to do so.

I dropped my iphone and cracked the screen, Normal Gadget fixed it in about 20 minutes. Very friendly service, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to have a cell phone fixed.

My iPhone 6 suffered a broken LCD. I took my iPhone 6 here after visiting a competitor in the same mall area. I had insurance, but the insured replacement would take time and cost about $ 100. The competitor refused to negotiate despite this information and my willingness to work with them, so I left and went to Normal Gadgets. Normal Gadgets’ list price was exactly what I had proposed to the competitor (and was not accepted by the competitor), so I had them do the work. Very helpful, very efficient. Would highly recommend this business. Thanks!

Took my iPhone 5S in for screen replacement. The staff was very helpful and upfront about service and cost. They replaced the screen in under an hour at the price they quoted. A day later the screen touch sensitivity developed several glitches. I took it back and they put a new screen on it no questions asked. They also did the repair while I waited. Service and support doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommend.

The Home key on my iPhone was intermittently sticking. Because I saw that Normal Gadgets had a discount Daily Deal, I took it there. I’m glad I did.
After they fixed the Home key (with good turn-around time), the phone had trouble picking up weaker Wi-Fi signals. I brought the phone back and Allen diagnosed and fixed the problem at NO additional cost to me.
Based on that good experience, when my iPhone stopped working yesterday, I again went to Normal Gadgets.

My Ipad case was damaged by the person working on it. Everything was looked over before they accepted it to work on it. No damage to the case was documented. Owner said they don’t document things like that. Refused to accept responsibility. Unfortunately I had already paid in full. I have since learned that they have documented with other people’s devices if there are scratches. The damage to the corner of the case was a clear indication that they pried the case apart and the leverage spot was bent outward. Totally denied it and refused to take responsibility. I suggest you make sure everything is documented. The screen they replaced was good, but please make sure you ask them to note there is no damage to the device.
