I’m a new Sprint customer and accidentally locked myself out of my Galaxy 5 phone yesterday. Today, I brought my phone in and was immediately greeted by an employee, even though the store was fairly busy when I arrived. As soon as a technician was available, I explained what had happened. He was very knowledgeable and understanding, and explained what needed to be done to resolve my issue and how long it would be expected to take. In addition, he went above and beyond the call of duty and called another store to inquire about a Sprint product I’d been sent in error and was having trouble returning. When I came to pick my phone up, it was ready when I was told it’d be and the technician examined it with me to be sure it was in perfect working order. Finally, he was kind enough to patiently answer multiple questions that I had about my new phone. This morning, I felt frustrated when I’d arrived. the customer service that I received was so exceptional that it changed my whole outlook on the situation and Sprint as a whole. Best Sprint Store in town… Many employees have been there years, which is rare for a cellphone store. Their techs love technology and glad to answer questions.
