Starbucks

I love Starbucks, but this location falls way below any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Yes, they have the convenience of a drive through, but that’s the ONLY good thing I can say about this location. I’ve come here multiple times and have never had a good experience. They never have cold brew available… they always seem to have «just ran out». Also, if you ask for any type of a special request on your drink such as shaken/​blended, light ice or an extra pump… don’t expect to get it. The only think you’ll get us a sigh or a roll of the eye.

Biggest Starbucks we’ve ever been to. It was remodeled a few years ago and it’s helped them manage the traffic better. Lots of seating available inside and outside. Drive thru moves pretty quickly. Great customer service. All orders to date have been on point. Very clean.

Writing this review for students looking for a place to study. When this first opened it was heaven for my friends and I. The biggest Starbucks I’ve stepped foot in. An outlet no matter where you sit AND they close at 11 on the weekends. However as more people found out about the place it is not a friendly environment to study anymore unless you come with headphones. It is always crazy crowded in there at any time of the day or week. I’m lucky if I come and there’s an open table for me to study on. The WiFi is crazy slow too, I don’t come here if I need the Internet it’s that bad. A lot of people still come here to study but this place is my last resort now. As for the drinks I’ve had better Starbucks and the baristas are usually rude here no crazy good service.

Well, I live in WA State most of the time so I am very familiar with good coffee and good coffee places. This Starbucks rates with the best of them. We drive a little out of our way to come here because we enjoy the ambiance, the coffee, the comfy seating, excellent WiFi, great employees, etc. Arizona needs a lot more spots like this so hope all of the good competition is paying attention!

This place just reminded me of why I stopped going to Starbucks. Zero conversation. After I pay for my cup the employee hands me a bag and just stands there watching me put my purchase in the bag; awkward.

Workers are super friendly here. Tons of places to sit and work with your laptop. Only downfall is the WiFi gets pretty slow at times.

Great Starbucks even though everyone spends more time talking than working. Some people actually work while others play on phones. Great drinks always made right even though the wait can be long.

Big Starbucks, friendly and order is always right. Drive thru is fast. They always have what I want to order as far as food unlike a lot of the other locations. Bonus… customer in front of me just paid for my drink!

In coming here enough, some of the employees recognize me and will get my drink started before I order or get it done right after I order. It’s great to see they remember someone and will do their best when they can to be as fast as they can. Aside from the parking lot being tough when the drive thru is busy, this is quickly becoming my favorite starbucks and one of my favorite stops in the mornings before work. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Great place for catching up or for a quick informal meeting. Used to be a Jack in the Box, so the drive thru and interior are well laid out, much better than a typically-​crowded Starbucks.
I will say, though, this is the only one I’ve been to that has on multiple occasions added cream and/​or sweetener to my iced americano without asking. Kinda weird, but maybe it’s just random chance. Some of us CAN handle black coffee

Absolutely outraged by this coffee shop. I will not return after giving this location multiple tries. They are by far the most inconsiderate employees I have seen and if you go to the counter to order, expect that none of the baristas will greet you or come to take your order. They won’t get any of my business.

I really love how big this Starbucks is and the outside seating area. Right when I walked in I literally said to my sister, «Woah this place is hella big!» I love how nice it was inside. The lighting was dim, which I liked a lot. There was a long table with a lot seats and multiple seating areas inside. Anyways, what I didn’t like was the lady at the cashier. I felt rushed. She kept staring at my sister and I waiting. Like homegirl… We’re the only two in line. Be patient. She wasn’t rude though so I guess that was alright. All in all, I’ll be back. This Starbucks is huge and I love that.

The location is great. I have been here several times. The service here is fair. They are nice when you order, but you are paying premium prices for a custom drink. About ½ the time they don’t write my specifications down. If I order 2″ of heavy cream, they put a B for Breve. I want heavy cream not ½ and ½. Today I ordered iced, and when all the ice melted I went back in for more ice. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. Keeping her head down. I went back in the pay line to ask for ice. That was another wait, though I was the only one in line. It was obvious as I held up my already purchased drink, that I didn’t need much. Oh well. I’m over it.

Popped in here to grab a frappuccino as the wifesky was shopping. What can I say about this store that’s different from other Starbucks stores?
Location & Aesthetics — I love the location — along Bell Road in Peoria nestled among many retail stores. It’s easy to pop in here for your favorite drink while going about your shopping.
Parking immediately surrounding the store is limited but one can use the surrounding parking lots/​areas and the walk isn’t far at all.
The store is clean and like any other Starbucks store, there’s place to sit outside though I thought it was limited but I can’t take a star away for this as I didn’t explore the area fully and I was only there for an order to go.
The inside was clean and unlike many of the other Starbucks stores I’ve been to, this was extraordinarily spacious!
Wifi was strong and good and wasn’t cutting out as I’ve experienced at other stores.
Service — The staff was nice, friendly, and warm. I wasn’t greeted with a friendly hello as I entered as I’ve encountered at other stores but in their defense they were busy when I entered. Plus the wait for my drink wasn’t long despite others being ahead of me.
Food — Order was correct and my drink was perfectly prepared with no issues.
Definitely will be back here. Really happy this location was newly opened. Very strategic in my opinion.

I was so happy when this Starbucks location opened… it is so nice to have a drive thru. The service is quick and my coffee is always perfect

I ordered a caramel Macchio with extra caramel, it had barely any caramel so I asked them to add some, they proceeded to take the lid off my drink, take the lid off the caramel bottle and pour it in my drink. When you pay 5.00 for a drink it better be made right, and this was just plain rude. Plus the the drive thru is always so slow. Won’t be back to this location.

I like this Starbucks. The drive thru is always lightning fast. The staff is efficient and friendly. And the location itself is pretty big for a Starbucks. I’m glad they opened a location close to work for me.

The location is much easier to get to and out of then the now closed 7410 West Bell Road store. Inside is much larger than previous location.
However it is not nearly as good of service now. Half a** the drink making. I guess in this area not a lot of competition. I just guess I expect more, living in Washington.

Inside is huge & they have plenty of tables even when it’s busy. Baristas have always been very friendly which is much different from the Union Hills location. Plenty of parking too!
