The Thai tea is amazing and I love the atmosphere. The last 2 times I went through the drive thru the girl who always says «Okie dokie artichokie» messed up my order and gave me the wrong thing.

The best place in town. They have pretty good drink here. Love it. Can’t wait to be back for their coffee.

The customer service at this location is RUDE. The coffee was not temperature appropriate and the representative was not helpful at all and did not have good customer service skills.

The girls working are always so sweet! Also they are very quick! I always stop here before real estate school!

This is a great place! The coffee is second to none. Today I got a no sugar added iced mocha. I love it when they shake iced coffee so the bottom half isn’t still warm, yuck. Thankfully my iced coffee was icy cold throughout and delicious! We stayed for awhile assembling Easter baskets for our children at one of their tables and all the people working there were very nice.

It’s very clean and smelled lovely! I always go to Starbucks due to the convenience, but this was a treat. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly. I ordered a iced coffee with vanilla and it was ok. The coffee tasted a little burnt.

Love this coffee shop. The baristas are so friendly and my chai tea latte is perfect every time. I like to bring my dog and work out on their patio. The large overhang keeps it shaded for most of the morning and on this rainy day It’s allowing us to sit outside and stay dry. My dog is always offered organic dog treats and attention from the baristas. One of these days maybe we will grab a book or game from the communal shelf in the back and relax for a while.

Very nice commercial coffee shop. The baristas are very friendly and the atmosphere is conducive for working on your laptop or meeting someone for coffee. They have a shelf with communal books and games located around the corner near the restrooms, so they don’t mind if you stay a while. The outdoor covered patio is large with seven or so tables and a couple umbrellas. It stays in shade for a good part of the day so you can enjoy your coffee outdoors even on a warmer day. The only downside to the patio is its proximity to the drive through speaker, so you hear everyone placing their order. They make a good chai tea latte and the baristas even offered my dogs organic dog treats.

LOVE! This is my first choice for coffee, every time. They have the most amazing holiday menu, too. Cookie Butter latte?! Hell yes! Wish they had more of a ‘breakfast sandwich’ selection, but for coffee they can’t be beat!

Love this place! Great tasting coffee and friendly service. Pumpkin and caramel are delicious. Great way to start the morning.

Unfortunately I highly disagree with the four stars this location has. This is probably the worst coffee bean and tea leaf I have ever gone to. I keep trying to give this place a chance and ever time I go I’m annoyed and disappointed. In the last month I have been there 3 times and every time I go there are different people working so I have hopes that it will be different, nope. The first time I went, I had gone in with 4 different co-​workers and they literally screwed up 3 of the 4 drinks. like really? I can understand 1 drink but 3? and its not like they were customized drinks, straight but drinks that they offer nothing added or changed.
The second time I went in I went through the drive through I had asked if the iced hazelnut coffee had milk into because I am lactose intolerant and would prefer not to get sick while im at work, they told me no I go okay great let me get one of those, they had it me and it looks waaayyyy lighter than it should. So I look up the ingredients online and sure as shit it has milk in it. so I walk my unhappy ass over there explain it to them and they go «oh that’s weird we must be making it wrong then because we don’t put milk in it?» ummm what??? so now im extremely wary of drinking it, I mean do you blame me, and I tell them im sorry but im having a hard time believing you that there isn’t milk in it considering on your website it says otherwise. So after explaining all of that to them I ask for a black iced coffee and go to hand my drink back to the guy and he looks at me and says «oh your not going to drink it?» UMM!!! NO IM NOT.
and then today, I go into this location for the third time I order a iced black coffee, a blueberry scone, and a bar. I am literally the only person in the place and it took over 10 minutes to get my iced black coffee, I mean I’ve never worked at a coffee shop but I mean how hard is it to pour coffee and ice together, the chick hands it to me and I ask for my scone and she goes «oh you ordered one?»… what the hell??? oh you mean when I asked for a blueberry scone I wanted that? hmm yes I did.
needless to say this location needs to get its crap together. I’m not sure how 3 different times with different people each time can screw up so badly. there’s a reason I will continue to pay more for Starbucks and actually enjoy my drinks and service.

Hands down the best service in the area. While Dutch Bros is friendly, but not always accurate and/​or professional. This CBTL location is great — always friendly, consistently good drinks, and pricing on par with competition. They really shine come winter, though. The toffee nut latte has become a seasonal ritual for me. Forget PSLs and peppermint mochas.

The service is always amazing here! Super friendly staff. Highly recommend the iced blended with no sugar added powder! Amazing! Drive thru is quick and easy. My favorite coffee place. I drive out of my way to visit. Once a month I tale my son to the orthodontist up the street. I leave the house early for my favorite drink!

I have not visited this location for about a month now. I tell you, I do love their Iced Blended drinks. First of all, the employees who works here are happy, and happy employees means they like their job and liking their job means they will treat their customers great. Well, it really surely was great! We went here with our dog and they even brought out water in a dog bowl and dog treat for her. We love Jesus! He is the life of this location, in my opinion and he is exceptional with customer service and a very people person. I like the layout of the store as well. A large outdoor seating area with roof, so you’re not stuck out in the sun. They have a couch seating outdoors as well. The inside of the store is also very pleasing and relaxing. I love their tables and comfortable chairs good for the back and some couch seating for relaxing and kicking up your feet. They also have some games and books if you want to read or enjoy hanging out with your friends at the coffee place. As always, I appreciate how companies like Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf place importance on their customer service.

As much as I enjoy their coffee and especially their tea, this place needs more seating. I’ve come in twice to enjoy a beverage and had no place to sit. Outside doesn’t count when it’s 95 degrees at 10am. It doesn’t make me want to come back at all. It will probably be a while before decide to return.

They have great professionalism and very nice employees working here. Can’t forget the incredible drinks they make. Super good! White chocolate Frap is the best! Mmmmmm

Forget Dutch brothers and Starbucks! Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is where it’s at! They have the best Carmel blended drink! I could go broke at this sliver of heaven!

Wow, why didn’t I discover this place sooner?! I don’t live on this side of town and was searching for a Dutch Bros or a Starbucks drive thru when we stumbled across this coffee shop. We went through the drive thru and ordered two large iced mochas which cost around $ 10. The employee we interacted with at the speaker and window was friendly, prompt, and politely tried to up sell us on a cookie or muffin.
I am uncertain how they brew their coffee compared to other coffee shops but this was the best coffee that I have had in a very long time. It was AMAZING!!! Since that day other coffees I have brewed do not taste the same. I keep craving Coffee Bean. I plan to visit other locations closer to home to get my fix.
*I took one star off because the drinks though yummy, are expensive. I wish they had a stamp card like Dutch Bros.

Loved this place. They have a drive-​thru along with a nice eat in area. It’s clean and the employees were very friendly. Great product and wouldn’t hesitate to return there. Only issue is that it was a little slow, but it could have been due to being so busy (which is a good thing!).
I had a decedent black forest drink and a slice of iced cake. Warmed up it was heaven. My only wish is one closer to where I live.
