I unfortunately have to go in to pick up my prescriptions after I get off work at 11 pm. I don’t understand why they only have 1 person work in the pharmacy. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting because she was busy helping someone in drive thru who was asking a million questions. Than after that the phone rang. I gave up and just left. I had them send my prescription over to CVS where I got it right away.

I love the balance rewards program, 24hr pharmacy and regular hours, drive thru pharmacy, and the ease of check out. If you need just a few items, this is a better choice than going to WalMart. Friendly staff and the best pharmacy in the area.

This store has recently been remodeled and the waiting area for the pharmacy is greatly improved. Service was friendly, quick and the staff was knowledgeable. I hadn’t experienced what the previous reviewer did with waiting to order a prescription, but I can say this store is 100x than the cvs on Knoxville.

Totally, totally incompetent. They kept telling me my prescription would arrive in a day or two (they had to order it) and it never arrived! Then finally they admitted it would never arrive. Two weeks later. Yeah, no problem I didn’t need that medication anyway. It was chaos inside, and I had to go to the store to check because if you call you have to navigate about six menus and speak to about three different people. And then their phones didn’t work. Awful.
