I’d really like to giv this more than 3 coz its my go to place for food in town. But idk who they’ve got working the fry station but lately it’s jus bad. Come on they’re fries not a beef Wellington. They used to b great salty n flavorful but now they’re subpar

This place has to be the smallest McD’s I’ve ever been in. It’s like they took one of the original «Early 70’s» stores which didn’t have seating, and added a small seating area to it.
The drive through was busy, and of course, if you’re walking in on either side of the restaurant, you’re running the Drive Thru Gauntlet of cars, whose drivers seem oblivious to your passage. Look both ways when crossing, and CROSS FAST.
Why 2 Stars? Simple: It’s a fast food restaurant, and it wasn’t fast. It took at least 5 minutes to get my order up, and it wasn’t anything exotic. I was on hold for Fries. Really? What McD’s doesn’t have Fries up regularly?
The interior cleanliness wasn’t exactly white glove, kind of on the grimy side, with tables missing a foot (rockin tables isn’t the same as rock and roll).
This place needs help. Fast.

This was going to be a three star review for literally the smallest Golden Armpits I’ve ever been to but they did it to themselves by not including napkins with a carryout order.
Seriously, its very quaint out there but do they expect you to wipe your fingers with Big Mac sauce on your Dickeys as you’re hauling down 57?
Its very small, I don’t see how they can screw up on minor things, but they do, and they did.
Disappointing.

It is a small store with nice decoration. It also has a nice backyard and waiters are nice. There are cute decorations and paintings on the ceiling. I love this place.

I wish there was a 0 stars option! I ordered a egg white delight, coffee and a yogurt parfait. Everything showed up on the «accuracy screen». Got the small bag and no yogurt just coffee and the sandwich. The little girl said that I did not get charged for yogurt even though it is on their screen and if I want I can pay them even more to get what they said I had already purchased.
I have had order accuracy issues at this location before but usually I am long gone before I catch them. This time I was lucky enough to get the horrible attitude of their drive thru cashier!
My advice is to keep driving and avoid this location.

14 minutes waiting three card deep in the drive thru. They charged me a dollar for a cup of water. I told them screw you and your glass of water… for a charge you can give me a soda. Then she told me I can have the water free if it is not a large. I got the soda… mistake. It was flat, not sweet, tasted like seltzer. The coffee was burned and was supposed to have hazlenut in it. Total rip off. Had a bagel sandwich and the bagel was stale For some reason this place has just nosedived down hill in the past several months. I used to go here every am on my way to work. I am just going to wait until I get to matteson.
