Is this where Cougars go to shop? Rawerarrrr! On the more slightly«serious» side, I’ve come to like this store located in Petaluma Village Premium Outlets and I’ve come to frequent this place more so than the Nike store for the simple fact called value. Yes, I’m a cheap bastard and love a good bargain. I’m not normally a Puma guy, but the stuff they sell here is marked down so much from the regular price that it’s hard not to pass up. They sell good, quality sports gears with the latest and greatest materials engineered on this planet called earth. They come in a variety of colors & lightweight materials that protects you from the elements that absorbs your sweat whether you’re having a good workout at your local gym, running, hiking or playing basketball. Yup, these stuff are the best materials ever invented since sliced bread. They have every outfit you can’t think of for every sporting activity and got you covered from head to toe. You can also mix and match since they have every color of the rainbow that even a unicorn and a care bear would wear. From hats galore to shoes that defy gravity and socks that feels like you’re walking on a puff of marshmallow cloud.(What the hell am I smoking, you ask?) On a more«serious, serious» side, I love the selection of shoes since most of them are marked down from 30 to 70 percent off. Yes, think of all the savings you could have. So why don’t you head on to Petaluma if you want to dress like a sporty and hip Russian Mafia and you may attract a few Millionaire Cougars to boot. And I’m not kidding about this review… seriously.

Puma to me is very European, bright colors for both T-shirts and shoes. I find them pretty stylish. They don’t have a very big selection but I would have rather have fewer items I like than a big selection that I don’t. Note that the dressing room only has a curtain and no door. Use at your own risk. ;-)

I normally wouldn’t review a retail store, but felt the need to after my experience. I purchased some pretty sweet Future Cat shoes and in a haste trying them on and finding my size, I purchased a size too small. My bad. I called the next day and the employee on the phone showed no sign of annoyance and even set a couple of different sizes aside in the back for me so I could try them the next day before they were sold. Longish story short, all of the employees that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgable and more than willing to help. A refreshing rarity in retail nowadays.

Did I tell you that when it comes to shoes I am a total Euro. In France we have this thing for Puma racing shoes. I guess we need it when we race around the Champs Elysees Roundabout. I like buying my shoes at $ 29 when they are originally $ 95 – 105. You don’t have to be a woman to fell good after buying shoes. About the look, it looks like I am wearing pointy balerina shoes which is the opposite of the American baggy style. I just love it It smells cow shit in the summer but That is Petaluma for you.

Wowzers, I can’t believe I scored a pair of Puma Drift cat’s at 50% off! I hope you California people realize how much more awesome your Puma store is versus the ones we have out in Illinois. In IL the sale would be on select styles but after talking with avid Puma shoppers here, I hear that this 50% and other percentages off everything is common. I now wish I’d bought two pairs or taken a better look through clearance racks. The only suck part of the store were the employees. There were at least four employees there, three of which stood llama like behind the counter waiting for sales. Who knows where the other hid. I could have used some help in finding my size on a few different styles. I was in the store in excess of thirty minutes and was never approached. The shoe displays sat unkempt, shoe boxes not straightened, fitting and seating areas disheveled. WTF. I can’t help but think like a manager sometimes.

A girl loves a sale. Especially this one. My feet have been craving for some silver lining these past couple of weeks. And sometimes… you just need a really loud(gay) pair of shoes to top off your outfit. So when I saw a pair of silver and navy shoes here, I fell in LOVE. I got on my knees on aisle five, glanced at the shoes, and just like Carrie Bradshaw said, «Hello lover…» Then I was heartbroken to find out that they had a 10.5. That’s it. No 11. HEARTBROKEN, I tell you. Then Kristen came to my rescue and called the Vacaville store, and had them ship a pair to my house. And I still got to utilize the 50% off New Year’s price, even though I didn’t buy them in store. So a $ 100 pair of shoes marked down to $ 50, then an additional $ 25 off? BOMB. Someone give Kristen a raise. Now. Thanks.
