Surprise surprise surprise. Guess who went out of business? Amazing because I often had to wait in line, this place was so popular and busy!

Really gone down hill. I used to be a regular customer but I’ve found other Chinese foods cheaper and ALOT better quality. I have now found 2 bones in my chicken and the last one chipped my tooth! The food displayed always looks old or is always empty and it seems really dirty!

They run out of stuff a lot but I don’t mind because it means that they are making smaller portions that aren’t sitting forever under heat lamps. Very pleased with the Black Pepper Chicken and the Taiwanese Style Rice Noodles. You can tell the oil is fresh and they obviously don’t use MSG(or if they do it’s not enough to trigger a headache for me) AND they don’t go overboard on the salt – THANKYOU. The gentleman who serves me most of the time is quite friendly and they are always generous with their portions. It’s in a supermarket. What do you want? It’s cheap and satisfying.

The Rice Garden restaurant in side Lucky’s is a great place to stop and get a nice quick meal to take home. The manager Jim was out in front making sure everyone’s customer service was excellent and letting you taste anything you wanted to try first. The food is fresh, a great value, and a super clean little place.

It’s cooked ahead of time, and it’s inside a supermarket, a Lucky’s at that! This alone ought to set you up for a 1 star experience, especially if your«Dumb in the Face»??? I thought intelligence related to brains, not facial features, but I’m going way off topic. It fills a niche, it’s quick and easy and decent enough. The Fusion Chicken is actually quite spicy, usually places like this cook real bland dishes. When your way too tired to cook, and don’t want to spend much money for dinner, in a hurry yet don’t want the Golden Arches, it truly fills a niche… reviews for this place truly need to be taken in perspective, within the contexts of what this place is trying to accomplish… I think 3 stars is fair, given these circumstances

The prices and portions are comparable to Panda Express. However, you can use coupons here, which is a plus. However, unlike a particular Panda Express(McDowell Blvd.), the food is not drenched in oil. The service is ok; but if you have an order over $ 25, a line might form behind you, since they just have one server. You do have to be assertive to ask for the condiments and utensils(etc.) that you need, as they seem rushed with larger orders, and don’t always offer or automatically put them in your bag. However, ½ the food always tastes stale due to the food being pre-made. But if you’re lucky enough to get items that are made-to-order, they have a nice flavor and taste really fresh.

All my years in Petaluma, this place has never failed me. During my last visit, I need a somewhat large order of combos. There was only one server/cashier and a line started to form, but she was very patient with me nonetheless and made sure I was taken care of. This is also probably the best food deal in town! Two-item combo plus rice/chow mein for around $ 6.00…but they FILL the darn container up completely. I’ve been to other places: half-full container and charges me 10 bucks. I always get the orange chicken and BBQ pork. But everything is good there.
