Stink

This is a small boutique that we have missed on each and every visit to Petaluma. We finally «found» it and, even though we didn’t buy anything, we WILL be back.
The German lady who works at the store is so very helpful and friendly. She picked out jeans for my adult daughter to try on while I ran up to the bookstore to «retrieve» my daughter.
For a small store, Stink has a fairly wide variety of jeans (Level 99, AG), Toms shoes, dresses and tops. The pricing is standard for a boutique.
I knocked down one star because of they ADORABLE tank top priced at $ 73 which my daughter wanted to buy, BUT it wasn’t sewn properly. I don’t necessarily blame Stink, because I think it was easy to miss. But, a $ 73 tank top that isn’t sewn correctly doesn’t belong in a store that charges these prices.

Expensive but cute clothing. I wish they would throw a full length mirror into the dressing room, mirrors are not expensive and I really don’t like having to emerge from the dressing room in something that may or may not be flattering to me, they sell Toms shoes, (not my style but that’s ok) Free People, AG, and many other brands that I normally drive to Corte Madera to purchase. I think I would purchase more from this store if they would just throw a full length mirror on the wall of the dressing rooms!

If you are looking for TOMS shoes… this is the best place in the north bay! I always shop at Nordstrom’s for TOMS however I would much rather support a local family owned business! They also have a great selection of designer clothing, from Michael Star to james Perse, and Free People. The Jean selection is huge as well! I always have a hard time finding that «perfect outfit» at the santa Rosa Plaze so I head to STINK and am never disappointed! I’m not the average person though, I have expensive taste but every few months Stacey the owner will have extreme sales where the entire store will be up to 50% off!

Great little boutique located in the heart of downtown Petaluma. Expensive expensive trendy stuff, but today as I was walking past, there was a sign advertising 50% off everything in the store! Oh the excitement!
So most of the store is 50% off, the only exception is a shelf with their Spanx and undergarments. Not a bad deal at all. I was tempted to buy more stuff because it was super on sale. Fortunately for me, their selection isn’t huge, and the things I thought were cute were not in my size. Yay for my wallet! I snagged some designer jeans at half off and I walked off happy as a bleating lamb.

Like it alot, but its way expensive. however, THE DRESSES there are absolutley adorable!!!

Love Betsey Johson. Love JJ. Love the Commando line. Seriously, check it out. Little tiny nylon-​colored thongs for when you want to go Britney, without going Britney. Low-​Beams (ok, cuz no one wants to shows off their HIGH-​beams) and Spanx! This store is so much more than just some higher-​end designer clothes.

Unfortunate name, but the clothes are cute. You got your Betsey Johnson, your Free People, your BCBG — lots of the better designers that you would normally have to go to the City for. It’s a small shop, but they have a well-​edited selection. The staff can be a little aloof, even chilly, but maybe that’s because I usually stop in on my way to yoga class and look like a bum.

Juniors sized clothing, trendy and pricey, it is downtown. Street parking. Lots of shops on this street.
