Wish I could put no stars. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. EVER. The one Hispanic male with tattoos is really cool and a funny guy but other than that everyone else are complete ass holes and are rude. I ordered 4 items and the lady start huff like it’s too much to make… Than another women who works nights has the worst attitude. I asked if I could add a drink when I got to the window and she tells me that’s why there’s an app and I can’t so I said forget this… Funny how they want $ 15/hr and they can’t even make your order right screw that. Can’t wait for the El Pollo loco to open in Petaluma…

I love Taco Bell but this place ruined my experience with the restaurant a little. the lady taking my order had a very bad attitude with me. I was ordering a Doritos locos taco and asked for no tomato and she responded very unpleasantly and rudely, «It doesn’t come with tomatoes!» You know what else doesn’t come with tomatoes, lady? That attitude!

Ok, first and foremost… I know I am writing a review on a fast food restaurant. But I want to tell people about the worst experience I have had in the past month. My boyfriend and I got to the drive-thru at 9pm on a Saturday. We were ordering for ourselves and two other people. So we had quite the large order. This whole trip at Taco Bell was an hour and 13 minutes. We finally got up to the window, paid and left. Got half way home until I realized that we were missing 8 items that we paid for. After being there for the amount of time we spent there, we went back. The doors were locked, a couple people were eating inside and a girl got up to tell the workers that there were people at the door with a wrong order. No one came to the door. My boyfriend walked up to the drive-thru window(HOWEMBARRASSING) and was NEVER acknowledged. While he was doing that, I was in the car writing an email to the email provided. We eventually left. I never heard back regarding my email. I called on Monday and spoke with the manager who was incredibly helpful and understanding. I went in maybe a day or two after that and was honored the refund.(He had asked if I wanted a refund on the whole meal, I thought it was only fair to receive a refund for the items I didn’t receive so that is what I left with) Anyhow, here’s the thing… We would have been COMPLETELYFINEANDUNDERSTANDINGIF someone at the window had said«Hey, we are a little short staffed, it’s going to take a lot longer than usual, we truly apologize and appreciate your patience in advance» Or something along the lines of that. we would have waited patiently and politely after that to receive all the items we ordered and paid for, and received the items they did give us, not completely bare and pathetic looking. But since there was zero customer service, and the staff lacks on the willingness to do their job efficiently, I am giving this place one star. I understand that times get busy and stressful. Where is the manager during high traffic times? Where is the owner helping out his/her business? If you know that you only have 3 employees, how are you not in your business doing the best YOU can do? HOW is this place still even operating?! I refuse to give this place any of my money, time or energy after that.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Flithy, slow, understaffed and the staff they do have are in no rush what so ever. Employees sitting around talking to the cashier while the drive through is backed up and the 10 people inside waiting for food for close to 20 to 30 min. Never, ever, EVER again.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever! Apparently the kiddies were running the store and a real adult was nowhere to be seen. Yes, it was late on a Saturday night, but a wait of 40 minutes for a simple nachos? The drive-thru line was around the block. The place was filthy, not surprising… after thirty-five minutes, the couple ahead of me asked for their money back because the food they finally received was cold, so one of the cooks decided to argue with them about it; they got their money back, still very unprofessional! I certainly will not eat here again. These kids are clearly overworked and need adult supervision.

I went to Taco Bell which I seldom to get a couple of burritos for my girls to have for dinner. Went through drive threw only to get home and find missing burrito. Called store and spoke to Michael to see what I could do. At least he was nice and apologized for the shortage and inconvenience of having to return to get the burrito… I should have spent the extra five minutes and ordered from Mi Pueblo and picked it up from Dave and gang on the Blvd.

Why did I even bother… Sooooo slow!!! Waited in line for 20 – 25 mins with only 4 cars in front of me. Not sure what the hold up was about. They need help I could have ate at a real restaurant in the amount of time it took(fast food) I’ll skip this location… They actually ran out of beef awhile back… That’s 80% of the menu. Corporate should shut this place down… Or at least put an exit lane from the drive thru so you can escape and head somewhere better…

I came to this taco bell at 2:40AM(20 minutes before closing) with 2 cars infront of me, i waited about 17 minutes and got to the window at exactly 2:57AM(yes, i waited 17 minutes in line) and was told«Sorry, we are closed, we aren’t making anymore food», to which I responded that I have been waiting for 15 minutes with 3 cars infront of me and at this point 2 cars behind me, «sorry, we already took our last order». They apparently think that 3 is the same as 2:45(or whenever they feel like the last order should be made). AND I had to wait another 10 minutes for the cars infront of me to leave, since I had 2 others behind so I couldn’t reverse. Terrible taco bell.

I have been going here since I was in high school. It’s a little bit of a guilty pleasure. Lately the drive through has been SOSLOW! It takes a full 20⁄30 minutes! So I went inside once which was faster but the inside was so depressing. I think everything needs to have a facelift!

Came here last night and had the most amazing experience. The last few times i went to taco bell they were all out of the strawberry freeze and my heart was broken. well last night i went there and my prayers were answered because they finally had the drink!!! Matias, Alejandro, and Nathan were working and were the most helpful and nicest people i had ever encountered at taco bell. SOOOAMAZING :)

I’m literally in the drive through and I just got here, and there is already a line… Who has lines? 1 minute later and I’ve moved 0 feet. Like what is this nonsense? The truck in front of me is like puke green. Ew. I blame this Taco Bell for the color of this truck. Taco Bell just attracts ugly colored cars. This one in particular. The Santa Rosa Taco Bell never has this problem! Ugh… I believe I just saw a homeless man steal a bike. This is a family restaurant. A women just walked in front of my car holding coffee without a lid, she could have spilled it on my car. 10 mins later… Been here so long the sun is starting to set. Oh just moved half an inch. Just ordered. The lady didn’t know what the word transaction meant when I asked her to split the bill. She was rude and just kept saying«what» when I was trying to say the ridiculous names of their freakin tacos. They didn’t even have the one I researched online before coming here. And all they had to drink was tea… They were«out of drinks». UHMWHYISITONYOURMENUTHEN?! But here I am at the window. Parched. And without my frutista freeze. All of the for one taco. Best be worth it! … I’ll be back tomorrow.

Obviously bad. But as far as a fast food joint goes, its satisfactory… service is by far the slowest besides rps tacobell regaurding fastfood, but the food/quality isnt bad as long as your not expecting greatness

The customer service is SOINCONSISTENT! This Taco Bell is usually decent. I love the food even though it’s terrible for me. It’s a little pricey for fast food, but not too expensive. They have good deals. Sometimes the workers are super nice, sometimes they’re incompetent. It’s a hit or miss. A couple nights ago my husband and I stopped by the drive thru. The line was really long for 9pm but no big deal. We waited and waited. It literally took 15+ minutes from the time I got in the drive thru line until getting my food. Finally, up to the menu board and time to order: 2 soft tacos no cheese 1 Nacho’s bell grande 1 churro On the screen: 2 nacho cheese tacos(WHAT?) 1 chalupa 1 Nachos bell grande Us: «We wanted a churro, not a chalupa. And what is the nacoh cheese taco? We wanted 2 soft tacos no cheese.» Taco bell guy: Adds a churro but doesn’t take off the chalupa. «So, you don’t want a nacho cheese taco?» Us: «No.» So he finally get it correct and we wait another five minutes before getting to the window. At the window we pay, wait a couple more minutes, get the churro, wait one minute or so, then get the rest of our order. We were informed they were out of mild sauce so I asked for hot instead. The guy hands us TWOHANDFULLS of hot sauce. When we got home I counted how many he gave me EIGHTEENPACKETSOFHOTSAUCE(a photo is on my twitter if you want proof). NOWONDERYOUDON’T HAVEMILDSAUCE! STOPHANDINGOUTSOMANY. I only had two tacos. You’re making your store lose money. No bueno. Anyway, moral of the story, um, review, is taco bell is amazing with great service ½ the time. The other half, I don’t even know what the heck is going on.
