Wow! Shout out to Steve and Tony and all the staff I had running around the store looking for my car keys! THISTEAMIS A GROUPOFOFGREAT, REAL, HONESTPEOPLE. My keys mysteriously disappear(i think some one took them by mistake) we looked all over the store and nothing turned up. Tony offered to give us a lift all the way out to Santa Rosa!!! Aside from the store being nice and we’ll keep with good services. I truly belive that the people you hire bring have a lot to do with your service and customer satisfaction. These guys are amazing.

I love this store and shop here what basically amounts to several times a week, BUT, I can’t stand that a certain employee is allowed to wear heavy over powering perfume. I literally, cannot walk in an area of the store if she is in that area. All employees know she wears too much perfume, but accept that this is okay. My allergies kicked into high gear when I was getting lettuce today and didn’t realize she was standing in that same general area. If you work in a winery tasting room, you are not allowed to wear perfume. This should also apply if you are working in a public store such as this one. I know I am not alone on this and am not being mean, it is just how it is.

I really like this TJ’s. Everyone who helps check you out is friendly. It’s never too crazy busy here which I find most TJ’s are. I don’t shop at TJ’s on a weekly basis but it’s a great place to come to if I’m hosting a get together. Items are cheaper and they have such a great selection of cheeses.

First time in this particular Trader Joe’s and again the larger TJ stores rock! I usually hit a much smaller and when I mean small, I’m talking 1BR1 Bathroom small. This store had ample parking due to it being in a strip mall. Everything was laid out where it was very easy to find and aisles were plenty wide so there was minimal crowding. The crowding in general was not to be seen anywhere, even at checkout, but it was 2:00PM on a Friday afternoon, so that may of played a factor into it. After my normal idea of grabbing a few items was blown out the door($ 80 later) I was in and out of the checkout line in no time at all, which is amazing compared to my normal TJ experience. It’s hard to really bash this company though due to it being one of the most exciting grocery stores to shop at! I typically get my car serviced around the corner every two or three months and now the plan is to somehow wait to shop at my normal TJ’s and see if I can make it until I can visit this store. Anyways, to sum it up, this store was easy to get to, park at, and shop in, so really no negatives here for me.

Isn’t it nice when someone’s customer service makes your day so much that you just have to write on Unilocal about it? Last night we were at TJ’s getting rung up after grabbing a few things, and the cashier(he was an older gentleman, wish I could remember his name to give credit where credit is due) noticed that a package of sausages we were buying looked funny, and had someone come get them and replace them. I thought this was an amazingly caring thing to do and I told him so. Then I told him about how a few months ago, I’d bought some cheese that turned out to be rotten but never returned it, but that I didn’t care because we hadn’t gotten sick or anything and no harm done, we still buy the cheese. Next thing I knew, he was comping one of the two cheeses we were buying just because of what I’d said. It made our night! When the manager came over to approve the transaction, we thanked them both for their kindness, and praised their customer service. I have to emphasize how nice it is to be writing a review for a good experience and not a bad one for once! I have always loved TJ’s. I’m a muncher as opposed to a big meal eater, so their snacky things and small meals are perfect for me. There are so many great food items to choose from here, you can’t go wrong!

This one has definately improved in the last few years. They seem to have made the store more open and bright. The layout is still a bit wonky. Items don’t flow where you would think they are. They don’t have the same selection, or maybe the amount of inventory that some of the larger stores have, so if it’s a seasonal item, you need to either buy them out, or go somewhere else, because they seem to run through things pretty fast. That being said, I don’t think I’ve ever had fresher salad than the ones I get here, they must go through a ton of arugugla.

Helpful, knowledgable people who HELP you! Food selection here is the BEST. Wide variety of foods available. This week,(10-23-2015), they have Granny Smith Apples on sale for $.69/lb! And they’re huge!!! Butter is $ 2.99 /lb and so are the eggs. Cheapest in town anywhere. Want a great raisin bread? It’s here! Large slices and a heavy loaf of raisin, cinnamon bread. One of the checkers said it makes great French Toast! Organic chocolate bars of all kinds by the checkout and CHEAP!!! AHHHH, Corn Tortillas! The smell and taste are the BOMB! $.99 per dozen, all the time! Can’t go wrong! Love this store!

Trader Joe’s is a great store. A large selection of healthy food at a great price. You can get chicken potstickers, salads, wraps, fine cheese, and a lot more. Again, the price is great. And the food is good and healthy.

Trader Joe’s in my opinion is pretty cool. The prices here are reasonable. Some of my favorites that I must buy whenever I shop at Trader Joe’s are stuffed grape leaves, potstickers, and tasty juices. The workers here are super friendly and they seem to be treated well. The store is clean and organized. The lines move pretty fast. Unlike some stores they actually hire enough employees to cover the floor and check out lanes.

This store has the friendliest staff! They really go the extra mile to make sure you have great service here. I also like that the checkers will look at what you are buying, and make recommendations for other groceries that would pair well with your items. I have found so many great last minute groceries this way like low sodium chipotle salsa. You can also enter a raffle for a gift card if you bring your own bags.

Trader Joe’s in general is great, but this location is particularly nice because of the amazing staff. Such nice people! There was a 3 month period when I was going to TJ“s weekly and they were always out of what was on my list. I mentioned it to a checker, who called over a manager, and they were so apologetic. Ever since then, I’ve been able to get everything I need. Everything is well stocked. I love the random snack items(dangerous to shop when hungry) and they have a great floral section! Very impressive for a grocery store. It’s a weekly stop for me.

Trader Joe’s is obviously a food emporium but that isn’t why i shop here. truth be told, the only shopping i ever do is booze, drugs(medications, etc.) and a few chips. usually look for never seen before(by me) labels. brews: results: a good buzz, smooth brews, no character. — «boatswain heavy lift vessl ale»(2.29) 7%alc smooth brew, no character, good buzz, 3.5 stars -‘boatswain double i.p.a.”(2.29) 8.4%, extra hops doesn’t add much bitterness, very smooth drink. worth 4 stars for the punch. on draught: –brewed in small batches by rhinelander brewing, monroe, wis. –always seem to go to trader joes has little shoppers, in and out in minutes. –note to those seeking stores not charging .10 cents per bag. there are none. it’s mandated by law.

I love my local TJs. They always go out of their way to find anything that they may not have in stock, and steer me in the right direction for substitutes if appropriate. Friendly and helpful.

About $ 200 purchased in groceries and a 10 cent per bag charge at the end of the bill. Seriously? The 10 cent fee per bag is apparently collected and retained by the store. Ban plastic bags, fine. Use recycled material in bags, great. Having to keep a reusable bag in my Porsche, will not happen. It’s a shame to continue to see fee after fee tacked on to everything we do and buy for the supposed purposes of helping the environment. Will favor no fee stores for future shopping, and put the paper bag in the recycle bin.

You know when you walk into a TJs that’s new to you, and you have too many kids and not a lot of time? Not a problem here. This is a nice, spacious, and well organized TJ’s. The aisles were relatively wider than my regular TJ’s and the staff was super sweet. Gosh, I wish I caught dudes name but I didn’t– we’ll just call him Young Buck. Young Buck was the best. He literally walked around the store with my sister-in-law and I, helping us grab everything on our list in record time– GPS has nothing on Young Buck. Considering my 1 and 2 year old nephews were with us, the extra help was really above and beyond. He just kept saying, «can I help you find anything else?» He found a good part of the list– thanks Young Buck!

This may be the best Trader Joe’s anywhere! Every time I go in here(once a week?) I am more impressed. The staff is very helpful, they will order quantities and hold for your pick up then, load them into the car for you. Great stock, great Deli. Overall — GREAT!

I am here at least once a week and always have an excellent experience. Each time I come in I bring home something new to try. Great vibe, friendly staff and speedy service. Totally affordable and I never have to worry about expiration dates or quality. Most shopping days leave feeling like I just robbed a bank !(who wouldnt want that feeling?) Clean, aesthetically pleasing, great produce and cheese selection. Will be back

Without a doubt, the undisputed worst store to buy fresh produce in the county. I have given them so so many tries, at least 2 – 3 apples a week or pears, etc. for the past 2 months and I have never once had a fresh, crisp piece of fruit! Fruit is never crisp, often bruised and always mushy or old tasting. Probably the worst produce sourcing around. My goal is to have somebody read this and make a change, it’s ridiculious. I love the salad options for lunches and great selection of yogurts, frozen foods, wines, and cliff bars. However, without satisfying the need for quality fruits and veggies I am very close to just making a single stop at Raley’s next door for everything… they are always fresh.
