Great food as usual! Just always annoyed that their Icee machine is never working :(At least every time I go there.

My overall experience was very disappointing. The staff is very rude. I shouldn’t have to request«fresh food» that should be automatic. My food is never fresh when I go there. I thought by going inside would be a much better experience but I was wrong. Upon going to get a refund, the manager, Victor was very rude and I could barley understand his broken English. He has no business being in the restaurant industry with his awful attitude and lack of customer service skills. It’s just such a disappointment cause I, myself work in the same industry and where I work we would never treat our guests in such a manner. I will not ever recommended going to this BK and I really hope that they step their game up.

The food sucks, even for fast food. I got the A1 Steak Burger and it was cold and greasy… the fries are greasy and cold, the Nuggets are cold, the Hi-C orange drink is bland orange water. it’s sad … this place just opened and already it sucks. not worth the money spent.

Went to this place for the first time on Saturday. Ordered just Chicken Sandwich and frozen coke. seen both peoples order in front of me messed up and they bought it back. When i got my order. no frozen coke. had to ask for it again. they made it right there and the thing was more soda then it was frozen. while i was in the store it appeared the manager was more busy trying to fix the soda machine. couple times he went back behind the counter. cashier tried to tell him stuff and he just looked and kept about his business… sad thing. wont be going back to this place. only positive thing i can say. chicken sandwich was warm…

Was a total fool, for giving this place another chance after I said I wouldn’t. We went through the drive thru and my friend told them she wanted mayo on her burger instead of ketchup. She also ordered a whopper Jr, and I ordered a Texas whopper and a chocolate shake. When we got our food, she was missing her whopper Jr and I got a chicken sandwich and a strawberry shake. Needless to say I was beyond pissed, so we took it back and they had nothing but attitude with me. Screw this place man! If it hadn’t of been for my friend wanting to go I wouldn’t of gone.

Brand new BK and very close to work so I had to stop in. The place was moderately busy but they were still able to have my meal out in a timely manner. I ordered the A1 bacon cheese burger combo and for some reason it didn’t taste like it was flame grilled. The bacon was in small pieces and i couldn’t even taste them. My fries were hot and crispy and the place was pretty clean.

Two attempts for drive through orders. Both attempts resulted in processing order incorrectly. We were understanding the first time, although I have very little patience with inefficient fast food stores, as I held a position at what I believed to be the best and cleanest Wendy’s, period. People once knew what work ethic was and took pride in what they did, no matter the job. I began Wendy’s at 16. Grew up on farm, raising crops and livestock. So I actually began working as soon as I could walk — I gathered eggs and other simple chores. It never occurred to me that chopping cotton, picking cotton, halter breaking steers, etc etc were what people referred to as hard work. It was just what you did. So working for Wendy’s last two yrs of high school and summer prior to college, & left to figure things out(alone) @ 17 yrs of age was normal. I never made a mistake on an order. I wasn’t perfect/never will be. But when people place an order for which they pay money, whether it’s $, $$, or $$$ … or $$$$. The order should be filled accurately and meal should be the best it can be. Low tier job, but I took pride in perfecting orders. Where did we fail our children? Where’s their sense of pride? Maybe a good manager(mentor) could help with this problem. The Entitlement Generation is not benefiting anyone, especially those who feel entitled. So sad. Based on the first two experiences at the new Pflugerville, TX(Wells Branch) store, my future choices will be to pick up a sandwich elsewhere. It’s a sandwich; sandwiches aren’t difficult to make right. Listen. Repeat. Correct if necessary and repeat again. If that’s done, how does an order get screwed up? This problem might be eliminated by employing English speaking employees. Or maybe replace the manager. Bring in the owner(s) and someone from corporate. The store has a problem. They aren’t really interested in your feedback, as the toll free number on receipt is auto answered and auto concluded(your input). I left my number. Haven’t heard back. I also called the store, here in town. I let the phone ring right at 50 times. No answer. My impression: they don’t care. Unless they care, your order will never be filled accurately. There’s another BK in Round Rock, just off I-35. If you’re traveling, I suggest taking that exit vs Wells Branch. That BK is a good one. There’s also another a little farther north. There are In & Outs, Five Guys Burgers, and others Unilocal will list in Georgetown, Round Rock, and N Austin areas. First review I’ve contributed. Thinking being more concise, I might have still made my point. Like leaving out my lecture on work ethic! But, come on, it’s sorely lacking in our society these days. Never allow person behind you to just accept what you’re handed. Check receipt, then check items. If you wanta check condiments on sandwich, pull over. Always check your order, just as you check for accuracy at a bank. Since I was never able to speak with anyone from BK, I intentionally left the long winded, ‘not everything to do with food review,’ hoping someone who might be able to make changes will read it. I apologize for getting off topic.

Waiting in line for 25 minutes… No one answered at the drive through speaker. What is going on here???

The drive through line is wrapped around the building, so either their whoppers are to die for or their service people need further training. The place looks good, but the drive through lane was not thought out well. I was given a nice hand gesture but some guy trying to cut through the parking lot. If you park in the parking lot during lunch or dinner, you best get the super duper size whopper, because you’ll be stuck in the parking lot for a while, trying to get out. Still three stars for the new BK.

I was up super early and decided to go get some breakfast on my way to work. I found all the lights were on at the Burger King, and it turns out that they were already open for business. I was told that I am their very first breakfast customer, which was wonderful! Of course they have their hiccups from just barely being open.(They don’t have a chicken patties at all and the icing machine doesn’t work, their registers are new which took them a bit to ring up the order). Other than that they were polite, the food was hot and fresh. I couldn’t be happier.
