Let me start by saying that I am by no means a picky or impatient person. I have worked over a decade in customer service so I understand both the employee and customer side of things. That being said, I wish I could give my experience here something lower that a 1 star rating. I stopped in the drive through on 6⁄21 on my way to work. There were only 3 cars ahead of me so I was pretty hopeful that I would get me food quickly. The first bad sign was when the car ahead of me left the drive through line after ordering. From there it was still 10 minutes before I reach the pay window. I get my food pretty quickly after that but it’s incorrect. Okay, no big. They remake for me and I pull off to the side to eat it real quick. Nope, it’s still wrong. So I go inside, third times the charm, right? Well, nobody seems to be in any hurry to help me. I finally get some help and ask for them to remake my order. I feel at this point I am still being pretty nice and patient, we are all human after all. Well the whole third times the charm turned out to be a load of malarkey, still not the right order(how one can make a BACONCHEESE burger without bacon or cheese still confuses me). Finally after the fourth time my order is correct, well mostly. By the time I eat my burger 3 minutes later it is cold and I am late to work. From the time I entered the drive through to the time I gave up on getting a basic burger was 27 minutes. Never again!

Alright so I didn’t Unilocal this place before coming here. But overall my experience wasn’t too bad in the drive through. They only messed up one item on my order. But that could have been my fault or their menu’s. Not sure but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and cool. I am definitely for anything besides Mc Donalds. Sorry fast food in general is really not great anymore. I still like some Jack n Box tacos.

The sriracha hamburger contained a hard spiral substance in the burger. Disgusting! Wth! I have never had an experience like this at Jack in the Box before.

I’ve been to some bad jack in the boxes recently. This one has to be the worst. 10 minutes to pull forward, 5 minutes til person speaker takes your order. The guy on speaker had no personality and can barely understand him.

we went there and the place was warm. sort of AC not working. No dipping sauce for the cheese sticks. ouch and the drinks were off. no sprite and no cherry flavor or grape flavors available.

As expected, based on our drive-thru experience a couple of days ago, the food was nasty. The whole experience was a mess complete with poor customer service, too long of a wait, incomplete and incorrect order, and more poor customer service, and cold, gross food to close out the experience. I won’t go into the details, but I will say this: If nothing else, a place that takes customers’ money should have good customer service. If you have to fake it, fake it. Also, I don’t know what these people are serving from their soda fountain machine but it didn’t taste anything like the DDP or DC my husband and I ordered. It’s pretty sad when you decide to skip asking for a new drink because that would have been your third issue in a five minute period and also because you are afraid to piss the dude at the window off by mentioning it. The ONLY reason I can justify giving this place one star(other than I can’t give none, lol) is the fact that within a couple of hours of filling out their online survey a district manager, June, emailed me apologizing for the experience and offering to replace our cold, nasty, filled-with-rudeness food. While I truly do appreciate her reaching out and making that offer, I think I’ll pass on going back to the same people who were so awful. To me, people who are rude to customers from the get-go probably aren’t going to make a quick turn around, you know? Sure, some may excuse it as them having a bad day. But I’ve been in the customer service line of work a few times up through college and even on my worst days I didn’t take it out on customers. To be rude to strangers ATYOURJOB says something about a person, in my opinion. It says that you are a shit.

I think this Jack in the crack should change it’s category from fast food, to extremely slow, like snail snot on a cold winter morning, slow food. These guys take forever! It took 32 minutes for a Jumbo Jack and 2 tacos, from the time I ordered at the menu, until I got my order at the window. Must have been a really bad night for them. Well, at least they have one less customer to deal with now!

Nasty! i went in here on my lunch break at work, and my fries had a metallic taste to it and there was little black pebble looking thing in my fries. I took it over to the manager and they said it was bean… that was no bean! and even if it was why would it be in the fries?!! Also, before this happened i saw one of the employees handiling food without wearing gloves… EVENNASTIER! i took this to corporate management they agreed that that is disgusting and they would be sure to handle it.

Its Jack in The Box! Come on. No one can be worse then Taco C. bana! Im just glad that there is someone besides MckyDs and the Windy girl for late night. Frequently I work late on Fridays and know that cooking or making a sandwich AINT happenin when I get home, so Ill stop into JITB. This location, I have no complaints. The staff is usually very friendly, and gets the orders right. I check before I pull off, and am always satisfied. Just tell them what you want, and they seem happy to do just that.

My nephew and sister love Jack in the Box and so we have been here three times. Each time they have messed up my order. Even sending the order back it ends up messed up. That is after having to go over the order in the first place and finding errors while PLACING the order. I swear to god I have a dent in my forehead from smacking my head against the counter in frustration. One of the worse fast food joints I have been to. The staff are incompetent and the food is awful. Better off buying frozen White Castle burgers at the walmart down the street and heating them up in the microwave.

I usually love Jack in the Box, but this location is ‘fail’. First I had to repeat my order 3 times because the person taking my order kept forgetting what I said. Second it took 15minutes to reach the window and the only item I saw go to the car in front of me was a shake. Third they were out of tacos out 12noon, saying they needed to defrost. Who ever manages this location needs to step it up.

Yes! That was me who ordered at the drive-thru, got tired of waiting, got out of line and left you holding the bag, literally!!! I would collapse your single star into a black hole if I could. At the point it was taking more than five minutes for me to get to the«clown head» to place my order and the then another 10 ++ minutes and I was still two cars back from the window to pay and pickup my order I did the math and realized had I gone to the Taco Bell right next door, I could have gone inside, ordered, paid and ate inside the restaurant in less time then my odyssey in the Jack drive-thru lane. MANAGER or FRANCHISEOWNER — ITISTIMETOLIGHT A FIRE, My friend. This is called Fast Food for a reason. I guess the good news is that the economy can’t be that bad here in central Texas because apparently good help is still hard to find.
