I usually go in to order my coffee. There is rarely a wait, and I am on my way very quickly. The baristas are friendly, knowledgeable and always get the order right. This is definitely one of the better Starbucks.

I wouldn’t recommended this location because no one seems to know the recipes for drinks other than your standard coffees. The drinks are never consistent and they taste different from other Starbucks’. My iced green tea latte was mostly all milk and my strawberry refresher with coconut milk tasted and looked watered down and the baristas failed to mention that the drink was missing strawberries!

I come here every morning to get my white chocolate mocha. They always make it the way I like it! And I liked how they showed me to use the Starbucks app to get rewards! Only reason they lost a star was because they have mistakenly gave me wrong drink twice. In the past year so it wasn’t to bad I know it gets busy there in the morning and people makes mistakes.

Thanks for the free drinks and pastries System didn’t take payment from my phone I went back and ask the girl to double check to see if payment was taken and she could find anything on the system so she told me was good Obviously was machine mistake!

So my Mother came here this morning 01⁄17 Ordered 5 drinks drove up to the window to pay then realized it was so cheap so she asked the worker if they could repeat the order to her. She realize they had made a mistake & forgot an order some ignorant chick comes to the window asks the other worker if my mother was trying to order more at the window, shuck her head right Infront of my mothers face as if it was her fault? Like how unprofessional can you be? If you don’t like your pathetic minimum wage job then quit. Don’t take it out on your customers! I’m know sure if it was a manager or not but she was wearing the same uniform. Please Starbucks teach your worker true customer service!

Slowest service in the history of coffee. I have sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes at 10:55 on a Monday. How is this acceptable? This is becoming a regular thing for this location. I think I’ll avoid this location and drive across town for my coffee.

I frequent this Starbucks location also, always very nice and fast service. The drive thru can get backed up and you can’t get out of the parking spots near the main entrance so I suggest parking in the front area. But all in all and good location to go to!

This is the 3rd Friday that I have gone to this Starbucks and at 8:15am they have no plain bagles… they said their shipment will not be in until that afternoon. My advise would be to order more than you have been ordering. Obviously they do not last until you need them to. Management needs to get better. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to get told they did not have wat I waited for… I can understand it happening once in a while but to happen 3 weeks in a row… isn’t that your job ???

I actually love this location although I don’t avidly drink Starbucks anymore. I wanted to report back that their quality of product and customer service are both an A+! The staff always has great side conversation. They aren’t too busy to listen or fix things.

Gotta have me a double espresso on my non working days. It helps me start my day right. Service is definitely a hit and miss at this location. Their patio is filled with poison ivy and spider webs so beware when sitting at their mini patio.

Every time I come to the Pflugerville Parkway location, I am blown away by the friendliness of the partners. My drink is made perfectly every time and although they are always busy, my wait is minimal. The last time I was there, the woman in line in front of me was probably the rudest person I’ve ever seen. She was extremely rude to the barista taking her order, to the point of swearing and raising her voice. The Batista kept a smile on her face the entire time and handled it extremely well. Customers don’t realize the crap baristas deal with every day and for shitty pay. It’s a cup of coffee, you are no better or more important than any other customer. Don’t treat the people making your drink like crap. I am always happy to come in this location. They always treat the customers extremely well and greet everyone coming through the door. It’s always fun to watch how well they get along with each other as well. Everyone seems to genuinely get along and it shows. This location is FABULOUS and in the year I’ve been frequenting this store, I have seen the baristas deal with some of the most vile customers and handle it with the utmost professionalism. I feel that most negative reviews stem from the customer not being allowed to cheat the system and come onto this site to vent. In any service job, if you are nice to the people behind the counter, they will be nice to you. I love Pflugerville Parkway Starbucks and will continue to go every day.

We have been to this location numerous times. They always prepare good coffee drinks. Today I tried the new«Lemon Bar» frappacino. It was o.k. Tasted like a mild tasting frozen lemonade. It was just my personal taste. I like the coffee frapps a whole lot better. This is a nice location and we will visit again soon.

New to the area, just moved here from Seattle. The building I used to work in had a Starbucks on site and I was in there three to four times a day. I always order the same thing. It didn’t matter if I was at this Starbucks or the one a block from my house. They were friendly, courtesy, and professional. They knew my name and my drink. If the line was exceptionally long you better believe my next drink would be free. Why? Because I spent $ 8.61 a day in there. Doesn’t sound like much but that ends up being around $ 260 a month, and over 3K a year. In drinks. I know it is a lot more because I usually would get food with it. Now I realize that being from Seattle, the«mother land» of Starbucks. Where one is on every corner, that I am dispositioned to expect a little more. I have been here for two weeks and I cringe everytime I have to go through the drive thru. I have a two year old and since the wait is so long whether we go inside or not, I chose to stay in the car and not wrestle with him. With that said, the wait time is excruciatingly slow. Not like,“Oh I had to wait five minutes” slow, but more like, «did someone die up at the window?» slow. I am astonished at how slow the employees move. I would use the app to pre order but with the complexity of the drink it won’t allow me to. The other issue is the general attitude of the employees. The employees act like they are inconvenienced by a customer’s presence. I was given a drink for my child two days ago. The lid was half off and milk was pouring down the side. I asked if she could wipe the drink off. She was exasperated at the request. Exasperated, she hands it back to me, without fixing the lid. This caused more milk to poor down the side. I asked for napkins, and she thrusts them out the window without even looking at me. In addition, they have a difficult time with taking orders. I have to slowly give my order, pausing between each request. I use their terminology to not complicate it. I am dumbfounded that this is so difficult. I have watched them, they don’t multitask which is the reason there drive thru is out of control. You shouldn’t be working the window if you can’t take an order and ring someone up while handing them a drink. Today was the icing on the cake though. I came through, and started to order my drink. I was told that they didn’t have any black tea. At all. For the entire area. No apology was made. Just silence from the employee. There is not an employee in this place with the exception of Disney that would be allowed to even sweep or mop floors in Seattle. Poor service. Slow service times, and a complete lack of professionalism. I can only deduce that the manager is the problem since he/she cannot seem to hire a competent team.

I’ve been a very loyal customer to this location, and after my past experience thru the drive thru. This has deeply changed and so have my attitude towards one of the employee’s. I proceed to order a venti size drink, at this point not sure of the young lady has properly heard me because my order doesn’t not sound correct at this time. So I proceed to the drive-thru to pay, and the young starts to SCOLD me no joke! She take this opportunity to get on her SOAPBOX and lecture me on how I have not been charged properly for my drink and that every location has been wrong. That her way is correct! By this point I don’t know whether I should leave or stay. Honestly, I may have been charged wrong previously. But I did not deserve for her to yell and lecture me on price of my drink. Ummmmm, I do not work for Starbuck, nor have I ever. So do let me apologize for the error of my ways Miss SOAPBOX. My error has been corrected, will I return NO. But I will say this, she as well charged me incorrectly and actually over charged me by a $ 1. But she can keep that dollar because it was not worth the trouble. Avoid this location at all cost, they honestly have some serious issues making drinks and charging people correctly.

I CANNOT believe my experience with this Starbucks this morning. I had to wait 18 minutes in line… literally, no kidding I clocked it. When I arrived at the window, I expressed my displeasure with the wait and was told that they were«down to one bar». OK… thank heaven I did not have a meeting this morning and would have been late. OH, and thank you barista for yelling have a good day at me when I pulled away from the window. There are choices for coffee… even in Pflugerville. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at the Pecan Street location(which will be getting 100% of my future business). The Pecan Street location has faster drive-thru times and a much friendlier staff. I am a Starbuck’s gal(especially when the Casi Cielo is in season), but there are also Dazzle coffee shops in Pflugerville and south Round Rock. The Pflugerville Parkway location does have competition. My advice to the Pflugerville Starbucks patrons… hit the Pecan Street location… great coffee and treats, extremely friendly staff and short wait times(even when there is a long line). Perfection without the barista sarcasm!

How can you go wrong with starbucks. I love the passion tea no syrup with sweet n low. The line can be long especially during busy times. But I’ve never had them get my order wrong!

Not bad at all. This is a very busy location but they seem to cycle through the customers fairly quickly. They are courteous but not overly so. They do what you ask them to do. I don’t really have time to go inside, but the drive-thru runs well. The coffee is fresh and the«mixed drink» creations are done right. I take advantage of the wi-fi while I wait in the drive-thru lane, it seems to work well.

Nicely located and easy to see see from the road. Barista’s offer drink suggestions which is nice for the beginner or experienced @Starbucks drinkers, limited seating indoors and more outside on their patio, ample parking, drive-thru and inside can get busy at times for slower service. I’ve always has poor FREE Wi-Fi signal here no matter what the mobile device inside or on the patio. Meet-up seating can get gobbled up depending on what time of day you meet.
