Awesome location .I love the customer service I receive everytime I walk in the door. I love the 24 hr customer service I can get from the bank. I also have a few other things through this Bank and I give 5 stars to all Dept’s.

Y’know, I love ATMs. I really do. They’re pretty easy to work with, and they scan everything to make sure you’re really depositing what you say you’re depositing.
However, when I go to a bank, I expect there to be actual people that can provide me with banking services that ATMs can’t.
And this? This is just freaking terrible. All I needed to do was make a deposit and get some change. And the friendly lady said I could get change from the ATM, which it wouldn’t do in the relatively simple denominations I needed. I had to go across the street to A+ to withdraw money in the proper denominations. And the cute gal in there told me this happens all the time! What?! How is it that you haven’t woken up, UFCU? This is a terrible location.
Oh, and the best part is that because it’s an ATM transaction, they can withhold the majority of your deposited checks and MONEY ORDERS for several days. And now I get to be late paying some bills because these asshats just can’t figure out that sometimes you need a person to do a machine’s job.

Love this place! been a member for about two years now, they are very friendly, polite, understanding and sweet people by nature. Since July of 2012 they have ALWAYS been there for me. I love the fact that I got my debit card the same exact day that I opened the account, THAT is amazing!

This location is awesome, if you prefer the old fashioned wait in long lines and waste time this is not the banking solution for you.
There are friendly and courteous staff available, but the real gem is the self service ATM machines… you can virtually do anything so its like the «Jetsons» meets a credit union.
My debit card was malfunctioning and they printed me a new one on the spot, and I was able to get documents notarized, and faxed at no charge. I have always had a great experience here and I am so happy there is a location here in the Round Rock/​Pflugerville area.

I visited this location today to make a deposit. I was so dissapointed that all it is a ATM location with 4 walls. I can’t believe money was wasted on building this location. What an insult to their customers who, like myself what a full bank and not an ATM machine. I was expecting a drive thru teller and a walk-​in bank. I will never go here again and it makes me so mad to think I waited for such a let down. UFCU you really screwed up on this. I do NOT see it staying in business very long.
