Just a horrible place. I drive all the way to Victorville to drop off packages because I won’t even go in this store.

my husband and I have been here many times and found the lady there really nice and friendly. She has always been really helpful too.
I prefer it much more then the local post office. I was surprised to see the other reviews about the customer service.

Lousy place. Clerks are SO unfriendly they’re almost scary. I only use this place when I absolutely have to, would much rather not. I gave them two stars instead of one because they at least do their job.

Elaine the owner is very rude and disrespectful towards older customer and she is a stress ball waiting to explode. she does not handle stress very well and she should not be working the front counter… give it up Elaine hire someone that is nice to customers or sell it already
