The cashiers always take forever at this place. Even if you just have one item plan on spending a good 20 – 30 minutes inside the store. Although they are always friendly there is no sense of urgency or concern for the customers day. It has happened to me several times at this location…

Poor selection and poor customer service in the Pharmacy. I had a traumatic injury and after a hospital stay was released with prescriptions. I called Rite Aid to see if they had the medications in stock and they told me it was against the law to tell me over the phone(against the law or Rite Aid policy… One cashier also told me it was against the law to sell alcohol without obtaining my birthdate. Not true… I checked the penal code. I am many decades over 21). Of course after driving an hour to the rite aid closest to my house they did not have the medications. Other pharmacies were already closed so I suffered through the night unmedicated. I have since switched to Walde’s pharmacy where I have received excellent customer service. This Rite Aid needs new supervision and a little common sense

Rite Aid Pharmacy They are so rude! Treated my husband and I like we were idiots for asking questions on things we did not understand. They have TERRIBLE attitudes and do not know the meaning of respect. I came in with a smile and hello and was treated like dirt right away. We will not be returning to this store.

Sometimes there’s a little wait at the cashier, but most of the time I’m in and out in no time. Store is clean, well-stocked, not too crowded, and the employees are almost always friendly and helpful. They often have very good specials and clearance prices.

Like other Rite-Aids except definitely less crowded than the ones in LA.
