This was the dentist I went to as a kid after Dr. Casagrande retired which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. He was definitely old school and could be a little rough. Does anybody remember the blue restraint chair in that back office? Dr. John and his staff were always great. Never remember any issues arising. Would send my kids there if I’m still in the area in the future.

I took my son here for an appointment this morning. Before this, he had his first visit at the Penn Dental School Pediatric Clinic. This was so much BETTER! We arrived 20 minutes early and were seated in a chair within 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Jackie cleaned my son’s teeth and was both compassionate and thorough. She gave me some tips for brushing his back molars, scheduled us for a follow-up, and answered all my questions patiently. Bonus, we’re a bilingual household and she speaks Spanish. So, while English would have been fine, I appreciate her taking the time to explain to my son what was going to happen in Spanish. Plus, to say my son is a «difficult patient» is an understatement, but she was very comfortable getting him to open his mouth and clean his teeth. I was impressed! The office was clean and very child-friendly. There is a mix of children’s artwork and life-sized super hero statues. Very visually stimulating.

Had been a dentist for my 5 years old for couple years, until recently my son got a schedule for filling. Instead worked on the filling, the dentist gave my son two baby root canal and two silver crown WITHOUT parent consent!!! I had to call to their office asking them what they did to my son and they said they made a mistake and just said sorry… This is a terrible mistake for a well-known dentist and also illegal to do a surgery without any acknowledgment from the parent. And not to mention insurance fraud. This kind of things has to stop, I don’t want more children has to suffer. Please beware and ask them what they gonna do to your kid, stay beside your kid. And find your self another good dentist

EXCELLENTPEDIATRICDENTIST! Great preventive care. My 9 year old had a dental emergency, office was closed! I called emergency line, and Dr. John actually came back to the office in the evening and took care of her in about 20 minutes. I have recommended many friends and they can’t thank me enough for the referral. His staff is so friendly and great with kids as is he. The BEST!!!
