Dr. Bansi Mithani is great and so is the whole team. I was in an out in less than an hour. My teeth are super clean with a minimal amount of pain. Also she explains things really well while being super friendly and relaxed. They all made me feel very welcome. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but, I kind of can’t wait to go back.

I dread going to the dentist until now. This staff is the finest you’ll ever encounter in ANY profession. They’re kind, compassionate, friendly, funny, efficient and super qualified. If I lived 2000 miles away I would come here. Dr. Vu is the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. Majlinda is wonderful. The test of the staff including the front desk Miss Bona and Miss Linda and as well as Leda are some of the best human beings you will ever meet! ! They took such good care of me! One would be a fool to ever go to another practice. Thank you for being so freaking awesome!

What a wonderful, friendly, efficient and comfortable practice! I picked it because it was close, but really was impressed with the treatment. My 20-​something son went there and came back disappointed because he couldn’t go back for another cleaning for a whole 6 months (usually he goes every 4 years), and he wanted to, since it was such a great time! Yes, a great time — at the dentist. Every client is treated as though very special, regardless of their circumstances, and the staff is exceptional.

Dr. Bansi Mithani is so genuinely kind and friendly that she makes even going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. Also, she is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’ve had lots of work done and have been to many dentists. In the past, it felt like certain dentists were recommending certain procedures that weren’t necessary, just for the money. With Dr. Mithani, she gives her expert suggestions but never with the feeling she is pressuring you into something.

The staff at this office is really nice and friendly. I love how clean their office is as well. Dr. Bansi Mithani is very patient and nice to all of her patients. She’s the only dentist working at the Montrose location. They’re a little more affordable than other dentists’ offices in center city area. I’m a fan.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Bansi Mithani DDS and I totally loved it. Everyone is the office is super friendly. The dental cleaning was probably the most thorough one I received in years and the dental exam was very detailed.
I have some work to be done and I was terrified of going, but now I can’t wait till my next appointment. This never happened to me with any dentist before.
No one tried to charge me for the procedures I didn’t need and I was even given advice on how to do things more cost-​efficiently. Usually dentists just wanna charge you as much as possible. Here they try to save your money. And the savings are huge. Compared to the prices in my last dental office (and it’s a dental school one, although the care was provided by the faculty, not by students), the procedures cost literally 4 times cheaper.
Also, Dr. Bansi Mithani is the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. She was smiling all the time and made sure I felt comfortable. The ones that did my last dental check-​up would mainly talk to me through the nurses…
We’ll see how the treatment goes and I’ll write a follow up about it.

Dr. Bansi Mithani is the best dentist — she is amazing. She works at the 2200 Montrose st. location and She is the BEST. The rest of the staff is nice too, the office is clean, but She is sooo nice and has made such a positive impact on my life. I am a young woman — only 30, but have lots of little children and MAJOR dental problems… omg…scary. I’m really pretty in the face, but my teeth need so much work it is literally scary. I just had my ex-​rays emailed over from another dentist, Dr. Joni Marcus (evil terrible money hungry slime of a dentist — never ever go to her!) and I was so emotionally scarred from my visit with her that I was embarrassed, ashamed, and totally overwhelmed with how to move forward. 5 minutes talking with Dr. Bansi and I knew there was hope. Long story short, 3 teeth that I was told needed root canals/​build ups/​and crowns by the other dentist are being fixed as deep cavities by Dr. Bansi and is affordable. She explained to me my options for how to obtain insurance. Everything is still going to cost a lot to fix because I have major issues, but it is just her demeanor that is refreshing and inspiring. Anyone who has a lot of work to get done, has fear of the dentist, has been treated rudely in the past — go here and you will have a pleasant experience. Of course, prevention is the best treatment ever so you can just avoid having to go to the dentist, but it’s never too late and Dr. Bansi is really great.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Great prices and great work. It’s also very nice that I live next door. Some dentists really try to rip you off, I did not feel this way here!!! Highly recommended, and I will be a patient for life!

So far I’m very pleased with Dr. Cumani’s office. I’ve now had three appointments, the last being a dental emergency.
The first with a young woman dentist and the last two with a male dentist, Dr. Mac Serang. Both dentists provided exceptional bedside manner and they seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. I anticipate waits when I go to the dentist, so was not put out with a ½ hr. delay on one occasion. The office is new and clean. The hygienists are very sweet. One one occasion front desk person seemed a bit clueless and was prepared to overcharge me before she was corrected by a hygienist. Overall, this practice far surpasses the Center City office I went to previously. I would highly recommend.
As a sidenote to this review, I just had a dental emergency, and they saw me the next day, made me a priority and spent two solid hours on me. Thanks very much Dr. Serang for your hard work on a difficult case.
