Allright, I have to step in here amidst all of these horrible reviews and give my experience.
Recently, I came out to a flat tire on my car. I took it to a place in the city to get it patched, but it was the sidewall that was damaged and they couldn’t do it.
I recalled that there was a 60,000 mile warranty on the tires, so I called Firestone. They said they would look at it and see if it could be covered under warranty.
When I arrived yesterday, I was greeted by Cody. He was very polite, pulled up my information in the system, and told me they would see if it was warrantable.
In less than 30 minutes they:
Told me it was covered under warranty.
Found a brand new tire that matched and prorated the tread for me.
Installed the tire.
Put the spare back under the car.
Had me out the door and on my way to enjoy the Marine Corps birthday.
Maybe they were polite and helpful to me because I showed them the respect they deserve for the work they perform, as opposed to entering with an attitude and ready to argue.
Needless to say, the experience was great and I will go back here for tires in the future.

Woke up to a flat tire. Took my car here without an appointment. Tracey was very helpful and got me in right away. I was back on the road in an hour! I’m very thankful.

Had 4 new tires installed by an independent tire shop. Brought my car here to have Firestone fix what the other guys messed up. I arrived at opening and took a few minutes to get my car in but they checked it over, found the problem with the tires and fixed it. I was treated well, and was charged less than originally quoted. More than fair and reasonable. And no guilt trip for not coming here first. Lesson learned. No more online ‘discount’ purchases with independent installs. Future tire purchases and service will be from here.

Mechanics are good manager sucks tho knows nothing about cars yet says u need hoses when u just had them replaced wouldn’t listen to him talk to the mechanics personally then go from there

I dropped off my car at 7:30am. Didn’t hear back from them so I decided to call by 3pm. They were still able to finish repairing my car by the time they closed but a call would’ve been nice (they close at 6pm which is a little earlier than most Firestones). Service overall is ok, not great but not awful. Been to different Firestones and I’ve had better service. Location is great since its close to my work, which is the main reason why I came here. I would probably be returning if I need to.

If you could possible read my message here, please Do Not go to this place. I got ripped off so badly with most extremely unnecessary sale that the mechanic suggested. I just need to fix my tire with a nail puncture on one tire, in which would cost for 30 bucks. But they called me later ask me do I want to have a premium service due to high milage, which rack up to 405.39 dollars. I told them just leave it, i don’t need it on the phone and for some reason they thought I agree with the deal.
Please take my opinion seriously even though you think I am talking nonsense. And in case you really need to go this place, know what you are doing with the car and do not let them suggest anything to you please

Someone should send an undercover reporter with hidden cams to catch them damaging your car. They put the scam in scammers

Didn’t have a good experience — my mistake I opened up a credit card to get a discount and they had my previous mailing address on my file even though my address on driver’s license was correct, this cause me lot of hassle and I had to pay three times in order to settle and close the account.
I would recommend being very careful and making sure everything is correct in the form.
