This review is only based on customer service, since I wasn’t able to order from them. I tried calling 3 times to their 800 number with no answer (and no return call). I finally posted on their facebook page, and they said to call their local (charge to me) number. So why do you have an 800 number if you refuse to answer it?
I wanted to order an 8 letter name straw, but they have capriciously set the limit at 7 letters. But they sell Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, so clearly they are capable of making 8 letter straws, they just refuse. Take your money to a company that understands customer service.
EDIT: Since the owner decided to respond below, so will I. When I called and spoke with a representative I was NOT told you can make certain eight letter Name Straws, depending on the letters. They did NOT ask which letters were in the name. They made NO effort to help me. So they can make whatever excuses they want, I still wouldn’t shop with them.
