I come here for my early morning fruit smoothie they are always nice and friendly, you begin to see the same people there so you can feel more personal with them, lunch time can get a crowd they serve food as well, snacks, coffee and much more.

Whilst having to walk to city hall in the middle of a polar vortex, Passero’s was certainly a welcome sight. I may have tried the most delicious non-alcoholic beverage here that I’ve ever tasted, Mexican hot chocolate. Highly recommended. I wanted a breakfast sandwich, but apparently they only make lunch sandwiches… kinda weird but whatever. I settled for a piece of Jewish Apple cake which was a little on the dry side but otherwise good. Thankfully I had that delicious hot chocolate to wash it down! Although the food is nothing special, the coffee makes up for it.

What a cute surprise!!! Me and my parents were shopping around at Macy’s. We need quick coffee break from all the walking. We were initially looking for Starbucks but somehow ended up this little corner coffee shop. It was literally located inside the lobby. Almost looked like they were inside of Macy’s. We shared hot coco(pretty big!) and caramel latte. Yum Yum Yum. That was the perfect coffee break. I saw people were eating their lunch at their table and just order drink from them. I guess they allow their customer bring outside food during lunch hour which is nice.

They always have a great selection of soups, and I’ve never not liked any soup that I have ordered from there. This morning, though, I went there for the first time to get coffee. Coffee was good, but what I didn’t appreciate was when the cashier actually told me I was lying when I told her she didn’t give me the right change back. Guess that was the first and last time I’ll be there in the morning.

Friendly and fast, I grab coffee here rather than the crowded Starbucks in Macy’s. have only sampled the soup a time or two and found it passable but not spectacular.

A nice alternative to the Starbucks in the area. Much faster service and nice tasting coffee. What more do you want at 7:30 in the morning.

Not enough stars for Passero’s. I love this place. Their coffee is the best in the US. The ice coffee is too die for, the yogurt parfait, scones, cookies, soup etc — excellent. The staff is superb — if there is a long line — the staff is extremely efficient and they will get through the line in no time. The staff is also so personable and customer service oriented. I wish Passero’s was on every corner.

Maybe more like a 3.5… I do like this place a lot. They are fast and friendly. They have a good variety of coffee, snacks, and food. Their chicken flatbread sandwich, but pretty pricey for what it is. It’s only okay. They usually have a good selection of soups every day. Sometimes they are fantastic. Sometimes they are a mix of hot and cold? Sometimes the potatoes in the soup are not cooked all the way. Bad consistency. Service is usually friendly, but sometimes they get so busy they are just trying to get your order and your money so they can move on to the next. Overall, a good place to grab a coffee or snack.

I really do like this place. It is convenient, fast & has great options. They have vegan & gluten free options. They have fresh salads for lunch with quinoa or cous cous & you can order sandwiches off there menu or try a hot soup. They also have gluten free brownies & jewish apple cake with omega 3. They have quite a few healthy options for people trying to watch there waistline which is nice. They also have quite a selection of coffee & different tea’s. Today I ordered a Nutella Mocha Coffee iced. Which was delicious ! I mean really where else can you go order a nutella mocha ?! They also have different flavored brewed coffee’s everyday. I recommend coming on a Monday or Tuesday and trying the Chocolate Flavored Coffee’s in the morning. It is a nice way to start the day. They have lots of options for there small space. There also is a small seating area. This place is kinda small though & it is not opened on weekends or past 5 pm(i think). I think its because not many people know about the place & it is in the inside of the Wanamaker building in the main entrance area in the Lobby. People who come here are usually going to Macys or passing through to go to work or taking the escalator because they have jobs upstairs. This place is convenient for those who work right in the building & they are usually the frequent visitors for this place. So that is the only downfall I feel this place has. Otherwise, I do like the place & the workers are always very nice & friendly & helpful !
