Do not buy furniture here. Most expensive sofa we ever purchased. Cushions failed in two weeks. They were replaced, but new cushions have failed within the month. Terrible customer service. Do not live up to their ten year warranty. We are out of luck!!! Run!

I have to say this is some of the most beautiful furniture I have ever seen– and now own! I have waited a long time for quality pieces for my dining room and Pompanoosuc Mills exceeds my expectations. The natural cherry pieces I purchased show true craftsmanship. Everyone I have had contact with at «Pompy» from beginning to end has been a delight– from the sales reps Jodee and Therese to the delivery guys to John at the mill! Such totally great vibes all the way around. Well worth the investment!

Pretty furniture, but daaaang, it’s pricey. If you’re a high rollin’ tree hugger who requires that all of your furniture be made of trees from the sustainable woods of Vermont then this is your jam. Otherwise skip it and go to Nadeau across the street.

Beautiful furniture made in the USA. The great staff is helpful and considerate. Ideal place to buy exceptional custom made furniture. The furniture is classic with clean designs. We have bought several pieces and have been very pleased with the quality of wood and superb craftsmanship.

Nice furniture at this place. Everything is available in your choice of solid wood. I’ve been deciding what to splurge on — a bed or a hutch?
I can see why the previous reviews claim the furniture is boring — everything has a clean, understated design. It’s traditional American furniture. Simple, functional and well built with outstanding materials — this is where the beauty lies.

Besides the name Pompanoosuc, this place was nothing interesting. The furniture (mostly bedding and bedroom furniture) was cute but very yawn-​inducing. This would be a pretty good place to shop if you like very basic, boring furniture. It is a happy looking store though: bright lighting, bright colors.
Another thing… what is it with the service. No one said hi. No one asked if I needed help. I’m not sure what was going on with that but I wasn’t feeling that vibe.
