Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits

I’ve read so many bad reviews about this location. Yes I’ve had to wait for fresh tenders a few times… but they are always so divine. Employees are attentive and friendly. This southern girl gives a thumbs up.

I recently reviewed the Popeyes in Atlanta next to my old college stomping grounds. My critique of most of the negative reviews summed up, «It’s a Popeyes, what do you expect?». So I can see the irony of my 1 star review of a closed Popeyes in the Gallery.
I can let go of alot of bad customer service in fast food establishment, but this Popeyes and its employees tried to fleece me out of at least 7 dollars by ringing up a crazy order I in no way, shape or form, placed. I knew I should probably use only cash at this place but I was in a rush and gave Tamika (so glad I made a check in because I would have forgot) my card. After she hands me a receipt for almost double what I said, the manager comes in and say’s I’ll give you more food so I wouldn’t ask for a refund.
I Don’t want more food… thats the point of me asking for what I ordered, and telling you about the discrepancy.
I really have to stop myself from wasting more time on a review that doesn’t matter because the store is closed and no one else will have to deal with this place ever again.

The place was good at one time, Went they change management thing change! Half done chicken n bad attitude!!! If u like half done food n bad attitude u should good.

I’m not going to bore you with
what the food is like it’s a Popeyes
we know what the food is like it’s Chicken
& biscuits.
This location is one of those that you
only go to because it happens to be close
& in the Gallery.
it’s not that it’s the most up unkept clean location
or the fact that the homeless riffle though
the garbage while you sit & try to eat,
But it’s really the attitude
of the staff that gets me every time
some time more than others for sure.
Lord help you if they mess up your order,
you’ll get an attitude that says we don’t care
& it’s your fault for coming here.
By far it’s the worst Popeyes ever.

I came here recently after shopping at the Gallery at market East. I went to the food court but decided to walk further and get food from a less crowded place. So, never been to Popeye’s and don’t eat much fast food. I thought it was decent. I ordered a two-​piece meal, which comes with one side and a biscuit. The chicken was tasty, but pieces small for price. Biscuit was good too. My side i chose was macaroni and Cheese. it was bland to me. I much prefer my homemade mac n cheese. I would order from Popeye’s again. For it being lunchtime, service was fairly quick and they got my order correct the first time. I would come back and try to order two piece White meat, which i didn’t see on menu but heard a customer order. They have Coca-​cola products, in case you were wondering…
