I usually select this location for blood work(you can do it online — so easy), but you can also be a walk-in. The place is NEVER packed(seems like not many people know this location), treatment rooms clean, and I’ve never had to wait for ANY service. The turn around time is swift and expeditious. At most, I’ve seen two people work this particular office(even though there are at least four or five back treatment rooms). The phlebotomists work both the front of the office as well as the back(which is a bit weird, but whatever, they’re not very busy so I can see why a receptionist/front of the house person would not be necessary). All times I have had blood drawn here, it was done so deftly and painlessly — it was such a relief. Yes, as the previous Unilocaler stated here, they don’t show you the vials before you sign off that they were properly labelled, but I’ve never had an issue as of yet regarding this. Seems like these two have the procedure down pat.

Everybody knows you don’t eff with the front desk at a medical office. I don’t know what it is about that profession but everyone is always miserable! That being said, I walk in and I’m extra polite and try to make things go as smoothly as possible. Nobody wants their blood drawn by a cranky pants. Try as I might, the woman at the front desk is a RAGING b*tch. Rude, curt, inconsiderate… I have adjectives galore but I think you get it. Of course as my luck would have it, she’s also the woman drawing my blood! Great… When she’s done she shoves a paper in my face…“sign here”. I read it. it says that I saw her label my samples properly and the name on them is correct. Well when I ask to see my samples that she has already labeled and placed in the box with other samples she literally rolls her eyes at me and sighs. I ask how long for results and she says«24 – 48 hours but I’m not your doctor I don’t know how long it takes for them to get the results to you». Ok… a simple 24 – 48 hours would have sufficed. Needless to say I did not say thank you when I left this facility and never going back. Besides what sort of a blood draw room doesn’t have a sink so that I can see the MA wash her hands??? Gross.
