Very friendly, but the clothes are not ready when they tell you they will be. Even worse, they lost one of my items for about two weeks.

I brought a bunch of sweater here. It took them forever to get them done. It was during the summer though so obviously I didn’t need them in a hurry. But it still really rubbed me the wrong way because when I went to pick them up, they said they hadn’t gotten to them yet because someone came in after me with a huge order that had backed them up. The operative word here was AFTER. Shouldn’t it be first come first serve? They are just a block away but I don’t feel the need to go back here.

The name says it all. You take your clothes to this place and they dry clean them for you.
Always friendly service, they often get stuff back next day, and I’ve never had any problems. In response to the previous review, I always seem to lose my ticket, but I’ve never experienced any problems with having them find my clothes.
Only complaint is that the hours tend to be a bit hit or miss.

I’ve been going here for a while, and have never experienced any problems. They have always been very friendly, and my clothes come out clean which is important. The lady that works there refers to everyone as «hon» or «doll», which I think is charming, but I guess that could annoy some people for some reason. Make sure you don’t lose the ticket they give you, otherwise it will take a while to find your stuff if you lose it (duh).
