Well a «stay» never actually happened. We arrive at the front desk, a little sketchy, but we checked in and go to the room. Open the door and right away the lights don’t work. Walk back to the bedroom and only one of the lights in there work. Once the lights came on we realize that we had just stepped into a third world country(no passports necessary). There are stains on both of the bed sheets and pillow shams, the mattresses are covered in plastic, there’s one towel in the bathroom and no soap or shampoo. Now, I knew I wasn’t booking a room at the Ritz or even a Marriott but I didn’t think I was booking a room in Rwanda. We immediately left and went back to the front desk to ask for a refund because there was no way I was going to sleep there, but they’re smart, this has happened before. They have a lovely«no return policy». So we grabbed our stuff, ate the cost and went down the street to another hotel. Ohh and we saw ladies of the night walk out of the room down from us, so someone seems to enjoy that place. I have stayed in some pretty gross hostels around the world, this was by far the worst.

BEDBUGS! One star is actually too complimenting to them. I woke up to a bed bug scurrying past my head near my pillow. When we let management know they became rude and had the nerve to accuse us of bringing them. The tv remote did not work, the lock on the door did not work and my boyfriend had to literally climb I through the window to open the door for me just to get into our own room, the phone did not work and the fridge and freezer lights were out. We complained about none of this but the one thing we did complain about(the bed bugs) they treated us like foul, filthy people. Initially they told us we couldn’t switch rooms nor get a refund. Then after I yelled and screamed at them they said we could get a refund but seeing as how we paid with a card, that would take 3 – 5 business and we needed the money now in order to afford to pay for another hotel, a refund wouldn’t have done us any good. So then they agreed to switch our room. Throughout the rest of our time there, they continued to talk shit about us in their mixed curry Indian language. Yes, I understand that you get what you pay for, but I did NOT pay for bed bugs. If I wanted to sleep with bugs, I would’ve taken my ass camping! Sleep in your car before you sleep at this hotel.

Bed bugs are everywhere and coming from the vents and plugs and bed bug eggs all over the bed. Drug paraphernalia hidden and scattered under beds and under phones. Front desk workers play stupid and say no manager or owner numbers so I could complain. Anyways. If u like blood sucking bed bugs all over u when sleeping then go to this motel.

NEGATIVE5STARS They should change their name to WORSTINN. This place is a dump located smack dab in the middle of the ‘hood. really let me down by having this hell hole listed on their site. Sure, the price was nice, but I do expect a clean room and a decent night’s rest. Is that so much to ask? According to the Indian owner I was asking too much. I mention her ethnicity because she started speaking to an old lady in a foreign language after I requested a new room. Her eye rolls and foul attitude told me everything I needed to hear despite the intentional language barrier she resurrected. I requested a different room upon check-in because there were birds chirping loudly, and I knew it would preclude me from getting a decent night’s rest. The lady gives me a room 3 doors down where I could still hear the birds, but also there were broken blinds, so the light comes in, too. If the birds and the light don’t keep you awake, the sleazy strip club in the bank yard playing loud rap music at 3 a.m.will certainly do the trick! Ok, back to room #1. She says there’s Wi-Fi, but it’s down most of the time because there are«too many people using it.» She explains to me that it’s free, and I tell her I’m willing to pay for it if I can get Wi-Fi. She begins arguing with me about the Wi-Fi, about the room(she says the birds aren’t her problem, and then she accuses me of wanting to kill the birds… I’m no «birderur»), then I ask for towels and she argues with me saying I should’ve gotten them in the morning when the housekeeper came. I told them over and over again I did not want my room serviced, but there are no «do not disturb» signs, so I was«disturbed» anyway(in more ways than one). Nighttime«security» brought on another host of problems when they refused my ride entry into the gate so that I could be dropped off safely at my room. Omg do NOT stay here! Sleep in your car or at a homeless shelter instead. I bet the homeless shelter has Wi-Fi! F this Place!

To bad you can’t give a negative review. Booked the room only because everything else was booked. We get their with a reservation, and they charged us a different, higher rate. We took a cab from the airport, really couldn’t tell them to kiss our ass.
