Avoid if possible! Room was gross and walls were paper thin. The environment was very sketchy and unsafe.

The staff was very friendly. However, the sheets on the bed were not clean, as evidenced by the lipstick stains on the pillows, there were a pair of panties hanging in the shower from the last guest, and there was a Swiffer abandoned midway through cleaning the bathroom floor. I agree that it is cheap but I would rather pay an extra $ 20 a night for a clean room and not feel like I have to shower after leaving.

If I could choose no stars I would. Anything I could say would only seem mean and hateful. There is nothing good about this property. Stay anywhere else but here.

Good place for price. Close to airport. Clean. Quiet. Helpful staff. For budget minded no frills lodging good choice. Does have cable and wifi.

For all you travel savvy Wunderkind. Its pretty obvious this is not the Four Seasons Paris. You took a wrong turn. Yes the parking lot is overgrown, yes the hotel could use a coat of paint, but this is a 40 $ a night hotel on E. Van Buren! 15 bucks from/​to the airport. The rooms are clean and big. Comes with a microwave and coffee maker, comfy bed with clean sheets. The Family that runs the place will go out of their way to be of service. Decent folks. There is no fridge or ice maker. Follow your nose, the restaurant next doors sells ice (.50 for 5 lbs.) and smoked brisket, oh yeah, smoked brisket. Good deal for 40 bucks near an International Airport, in a major city. Shady part of town? Check. Unsavory characters? Maybe. Are you safe? Of course. (common sense rule) There may be a few surprises, a few wrinkles, and I hate to say «It is what it is». But it is! I can only imagine the look of shock on some of the earlier reviewers face when they find out that 200 peso Rolex bought on vacation is a fake.

Terrible customer service. They charged me twice by mistake and didn’t get a refund for it. I called back numerous times but they kept saying they’ll call me back but never did. After talking to their so-​called manager who gave me attitude, he said he can’t find my receipt. Just terrible overall, but what do you expect, it was $ 36. But doesn’t mean they can charge me twice for their crappy motel room. And their rooms are dirty, smells like smoke, and their toilet seat wasn’t attached. Just pay an extra $ 20 to go somewhere else.

this was a last minute trip to Arizona and we quickly for this room for a good reasonable price.

Wow, this place is awful. I unfortunately saw this as two stars on kayak. It’s a lot more like 0.0. If you have a choice. DONT DO IT.

We found a sawed off bottom of a soda can with burn marks and white residue on it in the closet. We also found mouse feces. We didn’t get attacked, which is important to say, because the negatives should be balanced by at least one positive. Owner was nice enough, and at $ 45, it was the cheapest last minute option. The lesson: make prior arrangements elsewhere for the love of god.
