Get Shutter Parts

We bought a house five months ago that has vinyl plantation shutters installed by one of the previous owners on every single window. We aren’t sure how old they are and there was no manufacturing information or brand name available. The vinyl slats are in perfect shape on all of them, but some of the slats were missing the vane connector (that connects the individual slat to the vertical control rod) and some were missing the end caps that keep the whole control assembly strung tightly together — so we were leaving these certain shutters in the same position all the time instead of opening and closing them and having pieces falling off.
This is the ONLY place I’ve found — whether online or locally — that has replacement parts for these certain vinyl shutters. It looks like they stock a considerable variety of parts for many different types. The website is clean and easy to navigate — excellent descriptions and close-​up pictures of each individual part from all different angles, alongside a ruler so you can compare to the ones you have to make sure you are ordering the correct parts.
I ordered the connectors and end caps on Thursday and the package arrived on Monday. Fast shipping with tracking via USPS. All of the different parts were carefully packaged in tiny ziplok bags inside a padded bubble envelope. Excellent responsive communication via email with a question I had about shipping. To the owner, thank you so much for stocking parts GSP064, GSP065 and GSP066 — feels like we have brand new shutters now with your replacement parts in place — all of them are finally working as they should be.
I’m unbelievably happy with this whole transaction and process — would order from you again in a second. Here’s hoping these parts will still be available from you in the future when we need more replacement parts, for we are not planning on replacing these shutters anytime soon.
