Ace Hardware in Anthem should CLOSE! again. The worst service ever and the return policy does not exist. They seem to think they have enough of a customer base that they don‘t need me. I have shopped there since they opened and I don‘t mean the re-​opening but I will NEVER go back. This store must be someone’s hobby because they can‘t be making any profit. They have more employees then customers.

Bad customer service rude and nasty. I would rather drive to home Depot. I was told i could return an item if i didn’t use it and i had the receit and it was in the original packaging. When i didn’t use the product and it was in its original packaging they would not take it back. The sales person that sold it to me lied straight to my face. If they continue like this iam sure they will be out of buisness soon again. Home depot has much better pricing and better customer service.

Why have a flyer? They have a chair in their ad and don’t have it the 1st day of the sale, won’t be getting them until after the add is done and won’t give a rain check. No wonder they closed once already !

I was very excited when this store re-​opened. I always try and support local businesses, before the corporate giants. I’ve been to the store many times, since they opened.
I recently took a paint sample in to have it matched. The match was too light. I understand that paint matching is not an exact science, so I went back to the store to see if they could darken it slightly.
When I told the person behind the counter what I needed, he told me «We’re closing soon, so you’ll have to come back.» Not we’re closed, but we’re closing soon.
It seems that if a customer comes in during business hours, you should help them. Especially when it’s to correct something you did.
Needless to say, I went to Home Depot. They matched it, and at half the price.

Love the store, nice people helping you, and it is great to find someone to help you when needed.
Got my business for sure, find what I need, even they helped many times with making newer keys. It is great to have ACE back .
