I went with my boyfriend Robert last night to the Happy Valley location. We had went in there to just look. The salesman that was there was nice and friendly. his name was Peter minners. He wasn’t pushy at all. Explained in detailed relating what the beds were made of. Did a demonstration of the coils for the bed we were looking at. My boyfriend decided to buy and with my check in on Unilocal he got the free bed frame too. Awesome buying experience. the tranaction was quite smooth and unpainful. Keep up the good work Peter.

Purchasing a mattress at this location was as easy as it gets. My family and I walked in, and had the associate’s (David) attention immediatly. Before showing us anything, he asked questions to get an understanding of what we were looking for. This is something I very much appreciate since I work in sales myself. He had a wide range of knowledge regarding all of the mattress’s on the floor, and he made our choice more worth while by offering us free goods. David made our decision easy, since he had personal recomendations and knew what he was talking about. Moreover, the installation (which was the following day on a Sunday) took about 15 minutes. They were quick and efficiant. Not to mention our bed is AMAZING and we slept like babies the first night!
