The customer service here was horrible. I am a avid michael kors shopper and I refuse to go back to this store. The First time I went in there was 2 weeks ago. No one greeted me when I walked in. I looked around for about 15 mins before someone even asked it I was ok. I found a bag I loved once they knew I was going to buy something they were all over me. I purchased the bag and used itfor 2 days and the threading on the handle came off. I tried to take it back to get it replaced but since I didn’t have the tags they wouldn’t. They said they could take if it was defective. Humm well if the the threading is comming off isn’t that defective? I could not believe that they refused to do anything. I live over an hour away and drove there for nothing.

Beautiful store and friendly associates. A bit pricey, but defenitly worth the money!

There is absolutely NO customer service at this store. You would think at these prices they could make some effort. I went in to see the handbags and was never greeted or acknowledged. Two male sales associates standing around. One continuously walking over to the mirror to stare at himself (barf). There were barely any people in the store so it was not like they were too busy. As far as the bags the prices are way too high. You can get better deals at Macy’s or Dillard’s when they have their sales. Also, these bags appear to be made for Factory only. They are different styles than you see in full priced MK stores or department stores. Do not waste your time, energy or gas driving up to this store.

I just wanted to say I have had my heart set on a bag, and that is very rare for me. well I called many stores to try to get it, most of the people being rude and very unhelpful. the only person who helped me was Kristen. I would like to say because of Kristen I will be sure to make the drive to go to that store. she was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. thank you again Kristen!

Came here to get a gift for my wife. The ladies here were helpful, patient, and made the process easy. Why people pay this much for a purse I will never understand, but I am one of them so I guess that makes the question easy to answer. I, and my wallet, hope to not shop here again, but if I do at least I know I am going to get great service!

First off, I am a business owner and an avid shopper.
I walked in and not any of the four associates I saw standing around greeted me or told me about their sales. It was busy, but 3 of them were talking-​with each other. Finally I walked up to the cashier to ask him about the sales, Connor. He was sweet and answered my questions. So friendly. Everyone else sadly was not.
At that point I walked out.

Selection is ok, but salespeople are annoyingly attentive. I think sales techniques same at all stores, maybe they think I plan to steal or something. I do prefer the outlet store in Glendale.

Very nice outlet. The folks working are super nice and give you enough space to look around but are close by with any answers to your questions. Purses, wallets, clutches, watches and some travel luggage.
