Ordered a spa 4 MONTHS AGO and STILL don’t have it, STILL isn’t ordered with the manufacturer and can’t get anywhere with this company. Our spa was supposed to arrive in 3 – 6 weeks and now it has been 17 WEEKS SINCE PURCHASE. Requested refunds multiple times but haven’t gotten that either. Employees lie to our face, are rude, and have hung up on us. I’m not the only one who paid for something they never got. There are many many more. VERY Terrible customer service! Don’t buy here! You will never get your spa!

We bought a used spa from this place. They hauled our old one away and brought the new one. No hook up, just drop off. It wasn’t detailed like it was supposed to be. Overall it is a nice spa, has a short warranty and the price was pretty good.
