Quick Stop Moving

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company told me they were one company when I set a reservation with them. Then on Saturday they called to confirm the appointment, they said they were another company, which is Quick stop moving. I told the lady the really didn’t have a choice, so please keep the reservation for Sunday and I will call if I want to cancel. I was honest and just said I wanted to review her company, and if I see anything bad I will call back and cancel. So, I never called her back to cancel and was under the impression I would have 3 men and a truck for 3 hours today to start at 1 pm. So 1:15 comes, I call to get an ETA, no answer, I leave a message. 1:30 comes with no call back, I call again and the same lady from the confirmation answers. She then rudely informed me that she canceled my appointment because she wasn’t comfortable with me researching her company. She canceled my appointment without any notification. Obviously she had zero cares how that could effect someone. She yelled and hung up on me multiply times as well. So this company is ok with using a different companies name to schedule business and changing it when is too late to find another company. They are also ok with canceling your appointments without notification. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They are way to many companies out there to get screwed over by them.

No problem here. I contacted them last minute to help with a small move of office furniture. They were quick, efficient, and no damage to my goods. They also quoted me a great price that was competitive but yet saved me a few dollars.

Moved recently from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment on the second floor in north Phoenix. First tried reserving a higher priced company that i found on Unilocal,but they were all booked. Then i found Quickstop Moving on Clist (602−995−7349). Two guys (Tommy and Miguel) and a truck with pads and supplies showed up on time and they did a great job. They were careful and friendly hard working guys. Price was very reasonable too. Did the whole move in less than 3 hours. Glad I found them. Highly recommend them for a local in-​town move.

I had a horrible experience. Wish I had read previous review earlier. Would’ve been easier if I had moved my stuff myself. Two of my belongings were broken… one all I got was an excuse. The other they didn’t even tell me about it they just set it in the garage and I didn’t notice until later in the evening. So disappointed.

Horrible. First of all they stated they didn’t have an appointment to move us even though I had an estimate and ETA for them. I tried to reschedule and every time I called they were always waiting for someone to come in to the office before they could help us. The customer service was awful.
